To change the current credit card on file, an Account Holder can follow these steps in the Customer Portal:
Replacing Your Current Payment Method
To remove your existing card and add a new one:
Navigate to the Home page from the menu.
Click the "Make a Payment" button.
Scroll down to the "Payment Method" section at the bottom of the page.
Click the trashcan icon to delete the current payment method.
Click "Credit/Debit Card" and enter your new card details, including:
Card number
Name on card
Expiration date
Zip/postal code
CVV code
Click "Submit" to save your new payment information.
Setting Up a New Card Under "Credit Card on File"
You can also add a new card directly from the Credit Card on File section:
Select "Set up new card" under "Credit card on file."
Fill in the required fields:
Card number
Name on card
Card expiration date
Card zip/postal code
CVV code
Click "Save" to store your new payment method.
Important: Always make sure to click Submit or Save after entering your new payment details. Changes will not be applied until this final step is completed.
