How Customers Edit Payment Methods

Instructions for Account Holders to add or change a bank account or credit card in their account

To change the current credit card on file, an Account Holder can follow these steps in the Customer Portal:

Replacing Your Current Payment Method

To remove your existing card and add a new one:

  1. Navigate to the Home page from the menu.

  2. Click the "Make a Payment" button.

  3. Scroll down to the "Payment Method" section at the bottom of the page.

  4. Click the trashcan icon to delete the current payment method.

  5. Click "Credit/Debit Card" and enter your new card details, including:

    • Card number

    • Name on card

    • Expiration date

    • Zip/postal code

    • CVV code

  6. Click "Submit" to save your new payment information.

Setting Up a New Card Under "Credit Card on File"

You can also add a new card directly from the Credit Card on File section:

  1. Select "Set up new card" under "Credit card on file."

  2. Fill in the required fields:

    • Card number

    • Name on card

    • Card expiration date

    • Card zip/postal code

    • CVV code

  3. Click "Save" to store your new payment method.

Important: Always make sure to click Submit or Save after entering your new payment details. Changes will not be applied until this final step is completed.
