There is no quick way to merge classes. If you need to combine two classes that both have enrollments, follow the steps below carefully.

Steps to Combine Classes

Step 1 – Move enrollees to the Unassigned List

Add all the enrollees from the class you want to remove to the Unassigned List first. Click the Add button in the Unassigned List and search for them by name to add them one by one.

Step 2 – Assign them to the correct class

Once they are in the Unassigned List, assign each enrollee to the correct (destination) class.

Step 3 – Remove enrollees from the old class

Select all the enrollees still in the old class and click -Class (or Reassign or -Day, depending on your setup) to remove them from that class.

Note: If any enrollees appear in the Unassigned List after this step, select them and click Deactivate and Delete to remove that enrollment. Enrollees will only appear in the Unassigned List if they are not enrolled in another class within the same program. If they are enrolled in another class in the same program, they will not appear in the Unassigned List.

Step 4 – Delete the old class

Once the old class is empty, delete it by clicking the Edit pencil icon and then clicking Delete Class at the top.
