The main difference between private and public enrollment links is their accessibility and visibility.

Public Enrollment Links

  • Available on the main Enroll Form

  • Accessible through the Customer Portal

  • Visible on the public Browse page with an Enroll Now button

Private Enrollment Links

  • Only accessible through a specific private link

  • Not available on the public Enroll Form or Customer Portal

  • Can be displayed on the Browse page, but without an Enroll Now button

How to Change a Private Program to Public

To change a private program to public, follow these steps:

  1. Click the edit pencil on the Programs page on any Program.

  2. Select the "Advanced" settings. You'll see a setting called "Make Private."

  3. Switch the toggle to the on position to make the Program private.

  4. Click "Save" to save the changes.

Publish Enrollment Period

Be sure to publish the Enrollment Period the private Program is in. The Program will not viewable if the Enrollment Period is not published. Click the down arrow beside the Enrollment Period list, the select the cog icon to open the settings. Click the "eye" to publish an Enrollment Period. When the eye is "open," that means the Enrollment Period is published.

Copy Private Link

There are two places where you can copy the private enrollment link.

Classes page:

"Classes" page

How to Regenerate a Link

If you need to redo a private link, click the same button you want to copy. Underneath "Copy" is "Break and regenerate." This breaks the link and regenerates a new link.

NOTE: The old link will no longer work if you do a new one.
