How to View and Read Your Transaction History in the Customer Portal

See every charge, payment and credit on your account and what each column means

Your Transaction History lists every charge, payment, discount and credit on your account, with the newest at the top. The balance at the top of the list is your current account balance.

Open Your Transaction History

  • Click the menu in the top right corner and select Transactions

What the Colors Mean

In the amount column:

  • Charges, such as tuition and fees, are in red

  • Payments are in green and shown in parentheses

  • Discounts and credits are in blue

In the balance column:

  • Red means you owe money

  • Black ($0.00) means your account is paid in full

  • Green in parentheses means you have a credit on your account

What Each Column Shows

  • Posted shows the date and time the transaction was recorded and who posted it

  • Classification shows the company or location the transaction is for

  • Program shows the Program the transaction is for, if there is one

  • Enrollee shows who the transaction is for, if there is one

  • Type shows the kind of transaction, such as Charge, Credit Card, ACH, Cash or Misc Credit

  • Account shows the last four digits of the card or bank account used, if there is one

  • Items shows any fees or discounts included, such as a registration fee

  • Details shows any notes about the transaction, such as a field trip

  • $ Amt. shows the amount of the transaction

  • $ Bal. shows your account balance after the transaction

A clock icon beside a payment means your bank payment (ACH) is still processing. This usually takes 3–5 business days.
