You have an Enrollsy admin user account to log into to use the application. You cannot manage your subscription with us from the app.
Sign in to the Enrollsy Subscription app from this URL: https://app.enrollsy.com/sign-in/enrollsy. NOTE: Your company has account holders who are the only ones who can log in to the Enrollsy billing account.
After signing in to your Enrollsy subscription account, follow these steps to change any account information or payment methods.
Change Account Information
If you need to edit any information in your Enrollsy billing account, follow these steps.
Step 1 - Sign In
First, sign in to the Enrollsy Customer Portal using this URL: https://app.enrollsy.com/sign-in/enrollsy.
Step 2 - My Account Page
After logging in, in the top right corner, you'll see a menu. Click on the menu to access the My Account page.
On this page, you can update the following information:
Account Holder and/or Implementation Lead's name
Account Holder and/or Implementation Lead's email address
Account Holder and/or Implementation Lead's phone number(s)
Company street or mailing address
Company name
Company website
Step 3 - Save Information
Be sure to click "Save" at the top or bottom of the page to save any changes you make.

Change Payment Method
Follow these steps to change your card or bank information:
Step 1 - Home/Payments Page
Click on the menu in the upper-right corner and click on the Home page.
Step 2 - Edit Payment Method
Underneath "Payment Methods," you will see if you have a bank account or debit/credit card on file. The last four digits of the account will show. To edit these, click the pencil icon to the right.
Step 3 - Delete Payment Method
If you need to replace the current payment method, you will need to delete the current payment method by clicking the trashcan icon beside that payment method.
Step 4 - Add New Payment Method
Add the new information by selecting "Set up new account" or "Set up new card."
ACH Payment (Electronic Check)
Click "Electronic Check (ACH)" and enter your name, bank routing number, and account number. Be sure to hit "Submit" to save the information.
Credit or Debit Card
Click "Credit/Debit Card" and enter your card number, name, expiration date, billing zip code, and CVV. Be sure to hit "Submit" to save the information.
