Your Merchant Gateways

Ensure you have access to your Merchant Account Portals

Upon Approval of your Merchant Accounts, the provider(s) issued your company a unique Merchant ID (or MID) and sent an email with login instructions for accessing your payment gateway. These are helpful for pulling up essential financial reports.

TillPayments/Nuvei (Credit Card)

If you did not receive this email or if you need to add someone else to your account, please send the following information to us-support@tillpayments.com for each person to whom you would like to grant access:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Time zone

  • MID (Merchant ID, which you can find on your statements or in your welcome email)

TillPayments/Nuvei will send out invitations to log in to the portal.

ACHQ/Speedchex (Electronic Check)

If you did not receive this email or if you need to add someone else to your account, please send an email to onboarding@achq.com and request access.

Stripe Express (International Clients)

Our international clients (and some select clients) may be set up on Stripe Express. Here is how to log into the Stripe Express portal inside the Enrollsy admin portal:

  1. Select your user icon in the top right, and in the menu select "You're Launched!":

  2. Click the manage button on this card:

  3. Click the login button:

CardConnect/CardPointe (Legacy Clients Only)
