If QuickBooks syncing isn't set up, or you use a different accounting system, you can still get Enrollsy transactions into your books. Export a report from Enrollsy, then import the file into your accounting software.
Choose the report that fits what you need:
Transaction Report — shows payments, charges, and discounts for a date range
Charge / Discount Item Report — shows activity for specific charge or discount items over a date range
Transaction Report
Use the Transaction Report to see payments made, charges posted, discounts given, and the enrollees and programs or classes connected to each transaction.Payments made

Step 1 — Open the Transaction Report
Go to Reports > Transactions. If you have more than one location, select All Locations or a specific location in the upper-right corner.
Step 2 — Enter a Date Range
Enter the dates you want to see transactions for, and click Submit.
Step 3 — Review the Transactions
The transactions are sorted into columns by type:
Checks
Cash
Credit Card
ACH
Refunds
Charges
Credits
To see the transactions behind a total, click the down arrow beside that total. For example, click the arrow beside a charges total to see each charge that makes it up.
Step 4 — Export the Report
Click the export icon at the top of the report to download a CSV file. You can open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet software, then import it into your accounting system.
Charge / Discount Item Report
Use the Charge / Discount Item Report to see which charge items and discount items were applied during a set time period.
Step 1 — Open the Charge/Discount Item Report
Go to Reports > Charge/Discount Items.
Step 2 — Select a Time Period
Choose the dates you want to view on the calendar.
Step 3 — Select Charge and Discount Items
Choose items from the Charge Items and Discounts dropdowns at the top of the report, then check the box next to each item you want to include. To see more detail, click the blue arrow under any item.
Step 4 — Export or Print the Report
Click the export or print icon in the upper-right corner of the report.
