To access the Accessibility button, click on the person icon in the top right corner icon.
In the Accessibility settings, you can activate the "Screen Reader," where a voice will read out the labels of everything you click on the screen (as seen below).
You have three options to choose from:
Read Slow
Read Fast
Read Normal
