Every Program in Enrollsy includes a Pay-in-Full Payment Plan by default, which lets enrollees pay their full balance upfront on the Enroll Form. If you'd rather only offer installment plans — or hide Pay-in-Full for a specific Program — you can unpublish it in seconds. Visibility is controlled by a single eye icon on the Pay-in-Full card: an open eye means it's visible to enrollees, and a crossed-out eye means it's hidden.
This article walks you through publishing or unpublishing Pay-in-Full on any Program, plus a few behaviors to be aware of when duplicating Programs.
Before You Begin
To change Pay-in-Full visibility, you'll need access to the Programs area and permission to edit Program pricing. Changes take effect immediately on the Enroll Form, so no separate "save" is required.
Publish or Unpublish Pay-in-Full
Follow the three steps below to toggle Pay-in-Full visibility on any Program. The change applies only to the Program you're editing.
Step 1 - Open the Program Editor
From your Programs list, find the Program you want to update and click the pencil icon on its row to open the Program editor.
Step 2 - Go to the Pricing Section
In the Program editor, select Pricing from the left-hand menu to open the Payment Plans area.
Step 3 - Toggle the Eye Icon
Locate the Pay-in-Full card under Payment Plans and click the eye icon in the top-right corner of the card:
Open eye → Pay-in-Full is published and will appear on the Enroll Form.
Crossed-out eye → Pay-in-Full is unpublished and hidden from enrollees.
Your change is saved automatically.
How to Tell If Pay-in-Full Is Published
At a glance, the eye icon on the Pay-in-Full card tells you its current state. If the icon looks like a regular open eye, enrollees will see Pay-in-Full when filling out the Enroll Form.
If the icon has a line through it, the option is hidden and enrollees will only see your other published Payment Plans (such as installment plans).
Things to Keep in Mind
Keep the following in mind when working with Pay-in-Full settings:
Duplicating a Program preserves the current Pay-in-Full setting. If the original Program had Pay-in-Full unpublished, the duplicated Program will also have it unpublished — and vice versa. Double-check the setting after duplicating.
Other Payment Plans are unaffected. Unpublishing Pay-in-Full does not change the visibility of installment or other custom Payment Plans you've configured on the Program.
The change is immediate. As soon as you click the eye icon, the Enroll Form updates for new enrollees. There's no need to republish the Program itself.
