What a Tag Is

What is a "Tag"? A tag is a label that shows up in various places in Enrollsy. All Tags are housed in one place but can be attached to Enrollments, Accounts, or Enrollees.

Where Tags Show Up

The following are all the places within Enrollsy where Tags show in the Admin Portal, Instructor Portal, and Customer Portal:

Admin Portal

  • The People page shows Enrollment, Account, and Enrollee Tags. Chat in and choose "Request People Page (Beta)" to get this feature unlocked.

  • The Enrollees table / Enrollments tab (the default settings on the Enrollments Tab are to show Enrollment Tags, Account Tags, and Enrollee Tags; these columns are customizable on this tab). The filter chips show which kind of Tag is being used to filter.

  • The Enrollees table / Accounts tab (only shows Account Tags, but you can filter by all Tags). All the filters persist here as well, so you can see all accounts that have certain Enrollment or Enrollee Tags.

  • Enrollees table / Enrollees tab (only shows Enrollee Tags, but you can filter by all Tags). All the filters persist here as well, so you can see all accounts that have certain Enrollment or Account Tags.

  • Each Enrollee's page. The enrollee page has various Tags, all labeled. Here you'll find Waitlist Tags on the Waitlist Enrollment Card, Enrollment Tags on the Enrollment Card, and Enrollee Tags in the top right corner of the Enrollee Card.

  • Each Enrollee's page under each Enrollment Card (Enrollment Tags)

  • Each Account page (Account Tags). The Customer account page shows Account Tags at the top of the page.

  • Each Billing page (Account Tags at the top right and Enrollment Tags under each Enrollment Card)

  • The Leads page (shows Lead Tags under Submissions on the left menu bar). These are labeled "Lead Tags."

  • The Classes page under each Class (shows Enrollment, Account, and Enrollee Tags). These tags cannot be edited or hidden on this page.

  • The Classes page under Waitlists (shows Waitlist Tags). Tags put on those on the Waitlist are labeled "Waitlist Tags" and can only be seen on Waitlist enrollments.

  • The Classes page under each Class on the Rosters (accessible by the printer icon) - only shows Enrollment Tags

  • The Reports page under All Rosters (only shows Enrollment Tags)

  • The Instructors page (My Company > Users > Instructors) beside each Instructor (Instructor Tags)

Instructor Portal

In the following locations, all Tags (Enrollment, Account, and Enrollee) show lumped together. NOTE: Instructors can only edit Tags if they have the permission "Can edit customer account information" checked in their profile in the Admin portal.

  • The Classes page under each Class and each Enrollee (down arrow on the far right side)

  • The Classes page under each Class on the Attendance Sheet (accessible by the printer icon)

  • The Activities page under each Enrollee

  • Each Enrollee's page under their Enrollments

  • The Check In/Check Out page under each Enrollee. The Instructor Portal check-in/check-out page shows a superset of relevant Tags. This means you will see Enrollment, Account, and Enrollee Tags all mashed together on this page. You will see relevant Waitlist and Enrollment Tags, as well as Account Tags.

Customer Portal

(if Admin allows the Tag to be viewable by Account Holders):

  • My Account Page / Account (Account Tags at the top)

  • My Account Page under each Enrollee's pages (Enrollee Tags in the top right corner)

  • My Account Page under each Enrollment card (Enrollment Tags)
