If different Classes within the same Program need their own pricing or payment plans, you can configure each Class individually. This article walks through enabling per-Class pricing, then setting up either Fixed Cost or Subscription pricing for each one.
Step 1 - Enable Per-Class Pricing
On the Programs page, select Pricing from the left menu. Uncheck the box labeled "Pricing is the same for each Class." Unchecking this option lets you set pricing independently for every Class in the Program.
Step 2 - Open the Class You Want to Price
Go to the Classes page from the left menu. Click the down arrow next to the Class you want to update, then click the pencil icon to edit it.
Step 3 - Choose a Pricing Type
Under Pricing, choose either Fixed Cost or Subscription based on how this Class should be billed.
Option A - Fixed Cost Pricing
Fixed Cost is best when the total Class cost is known upfront.
Under What is the total Class cost?, add Charge Items that correspond to each fee. Charge Items can be marked optional or required at enrollment, and can be included in Payment Plans or billed separately.
To add a Payment Plan, click the plus icon. For step-by-step instructions on each plan type, see How to Create Payment Plans
Option B - Subscription Pricing
Subscription Pricing is best for Classes billed on a fixed, recurring frequency from the date of enrollment until canceled (weekly, monthly, etc.).
Because the total cost isn't fixed, pay-in-full options aren't available — but you can create multiple Subscription Payment Plans, each with its own cost and cadence. See How to Create Payment Plans for setup instructions.
