A lot of issues admin users, instructors and/or customers experience using Enrollsy can be fixed by either refreshing or by clearing your browser cache. These are some of the actions that may be fixed by clearing your browser cache:

  • Entering payment information

  • Buttons not active (i.e. SMS, email, etc.) in the Admin portal

  • Creating an E-signature Document (Admin portal)

  • Pulling a Report (i.e. Accounts Export, Transactions Export, etc.)

  • Issues with seeing account or financial information in Customer Portal

  • Importing data into Enrollsy (Admin portal)

  • Formatting issues

  • Printing or downloading Activities Reports

How to Clear Browser Cache

Here are the steps to clearing Chrome and Safari browser cache (other browsers are simiilar; do a Google search for your particular browser).

🧭 Google Chrome (Mac or Windows)

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner

  3. Select Settings

  4. Click Privacy and security

  5. Choose Clear browsing data

  6. In the popup:

  • Time range: select All time (or your preferred range)

  • Check Cached images and files

  1. Click Clear data

  2. Close and reopen Chrome

🧭 Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari

  2. Click Safari in the top menu bar

  3. Select Settings (or Preferences on older macOS)

  4. Click the Privacy tab

  5. Click Manage Website Data

  6. Click Remove All

  7. Confirm by clicking Remove Now

  8. Close and reopen Safari

How to Open a Private Browser Window

You can also try completing the same task in a private browser window. Here is how to open a private window in Chrome and Safari:

🧭 Google Chrome (Incognito Window)

Option 1: Using the menu

  1. Open Chrome

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner

  3. Select New Incognito Window

Option 2: Keyboard shortcut

  • Mac: Command + Shift + N

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + N

A new dark window will open — that’s Incognito mode.

🧭 Safari (Private Window)

Option 1: Using the menu

  1. Open Safari

  2. Click File in the top menu bar

  3. Select New Private Window

Option 2: Keyboard shortcut

  • Mac: Command + Shift + N

A new window will open with a dark address bar — that means it’s private.

After opening the private window, log into your Enrollsy account using the proper link (admin users: app.enrollsy.com; instructors: app.enrollsy.com/instructor; customers - account sign-in link provided by the organization)
