In this guide, you'll learn how to create a custom Enrollment Welcome Message, set a default for your account, assign different messages to specific Programs, and preview what Enrollees will receive.
The Enrollment Welcome Message (also called the Enrollment Confirmation) is the email sent automatically when someone enrolls in a Program or joins a Waitlist. It includes the details of what they signed up for.
You can create one default message for your entire account, or build multiple messages and assign them to specific Programs.
IMPORTANT INFO:
If you select an Enrollment Welcome Message on the Company Page, that becomes the default message. A Welcome Message set on a Program overrides the default Welcome Message set on the Company Page.
If no Welcome Message is connected to one or more Programs, the system will use the default Welcome Message.
If no Welcome Messages are connected to any Programs or none are selected in the Company setting, the system will not include a message with the enrollment email.
No matter what, Enrollees should receive a confirmation email from Enrollsy. The Enrollment Welcome Message simply dictates which message will be inserted into that email.
The Enrollment Confirmation email itself cannot be edited — only the Welcome Message portion inside it.
How to Create a Welcome Message
Follow these steps below to create your own custom Welcome Messages.
Step 1 - Add Content
Go to My Company settings and click on the "Enroll Form" setting on the left. Under "Enrollment Welcome Message," select the blue plus button to add a new message. Type in a name (example: “Welcome Message”) and add content.
Examples of content you can add include:
Company Logo
Images/Videos (see Note on Images/Videos below)
Links (company website, forms, social media sites, etc.)
Text welcoming Enrollees and any critical information about enrollment.
NOTE: Sometimes copied, pre-formatted text doesn’t paste correctly. If that happens, try copying it from a plain-text app (like a notes tool without formatting) or retype the text manually.

NOTE on Images/Videos
Your image will have to be hosted somewhere, such as Dropbox for you to add it (Enrollsy does not host images, so you are not allowed to download images).
Here are the steps to fill out the advanced settings:
Click the image to open it in Dropbox (or wherever you are hosting the image)
Select the image to open the image.
Right-click the image and select "Copy image address"
Post the image address into the "Source" box
A size should pop up under "width" and "height." Adjust this to fit the space. (NOTE: If the size does not show up, the source is not correct.)
For videos, you can use the link or embed code.
Step 2 - Choose the Default Welcome Message
After creating your Welcome Message, choose the default message for all Programs in the Company setting (otherwise, no custom message will be sent out to Enrollees).
NOTE: The Welcome Message/Enrollment Confirmation email is sent out automatically when someone enrolls in any program. To re-send this confirmation email, go to the Enrollee page and click on Actions.
At this time, Admin users cannot send bulk Welcome Message/Enrollment Confirmation emails. However, Admin users can get copies of new enrollment emails. See this article for how to change that setting on the Admin User page.
Step 3 - Add Messages to Programs (optional)
You can also create multiple Welcome Messages for different Programs. You will then need to add them to your Programs.
Add Messages to One Program:
Go to the Programs page
Click on the pencil icon beside the Program.
Scroll down to Enroll Form
Click on the Enrollment Welcome Message you want to add.
Click Save.
Add Messages to Multiple Programs:
Go to the Programs page
Check each Program or click “Select All”
Click the Bulk Edit button (third button from the left).
Scroll down to Enroll Form and click the toggle button beside “Enrollment Welcome Message” on.
Select the correct message and click “Update” to save.
Email Confirmation Example
The Email Confirmation will say "Submission Confirmation" in the subject line (which, at the time, cannot be edited). The email confirmation will look similar to this one:
NOTE: The text after "Message from [Company Name]" is your Enrollment Welcome Message.
