Looking for a Report that outlines how many enrollments you've had, when they happened, or something related to enrollment trends? See the options below to find the right report for you.

This report shows your enrollments over the last 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day rolling period(s). You can click Go to Enrollees (or whatever you call those who enroll) in each chart to take you to a filtered view of your Enrollees table.

Report 2: Enrollees Table

At the top of the Enrollees Table is a dashboard that shows you the total number of Enrollments, Accounts, and Enrollees given the search criteria on the page.

There are a few ways you can modify the search criteria to serve up different results:

  • Select a different Enrollment Period (or All Enrollment Periods)

  • Use the filter button to filter for specific things (Programs, Classes, Date Ranges, etc.)

  • Flip the Inactive Switch at the top right of the page to see only inactive enrollments

See How to Create a Custom Report on the Enrollees Page for more instructions on how to use this Table to make custom Reports.

Report 3: People Page

The People page shows all enrollments and can easily be sorted and filtered. There are a few ways you can modify the search criteria to serve up different results:

  • Select one or more Locations and/or Enrollment Periods as Columns and/or Filters

  • Filter on specific Programs and/or Classes

  • Filter on Enrolled on dates

  • Filter on active and/or inactive Enrollments

See How to Create a Custom Report on the People Page for more instructions on how to use this page to create custom Reports.

Report 4: Ratios Page

While the Ratios page doesn't give you a total count of enrollment across all Programs or Classes, it does give you a nice view of active enrollments and their classes on a single page.

Enrollment Report Examples

How do I download a list of all our students?

You can do this in several ways.

1- The first is to go to the Enrollees Table, select columns, and then select which items from the enroll form you would like to include in the report. In this case, that would likely be the enrollee's name and email address. From there, you can select all the boxes next to the names and then download this report as a CSV file or print the document. See this support article for more on creating a custom Report.

2- The second way is to go to the Dashboard > Capacities tab and then click "By Class" There is an export icon on that page (to the right).

3- Another way is to print out a Class List from the Reports page by selecting "All Class Lists." See this article for more details.

Can I download the class lists in Excel format?

If you are referring to the "All Class Lists" on the Reports page, the answer is no. This feature is currently only available to be printed. Here's a better approach:

You can create your own class list by using the Enrollees Table. Go to the Enrollees Table ("Enrollee" is whatever you call those who enroll), select your desired columns (like student names and email addresses), then select all entries and download as a CSV file or print directly.

The Enrollees Table gives you flexibility in selecting specific data fields.
