Duplicating a Program is the fastest way to set up similar offerings without rebuilding settings from scratch. You can duplicate either a current or an archived Program — archived Programs will reappear under Current Programs once duplicated. Follow the four steps below to copy one or more Programs within the same Enrollment Period.
What Gets Duplicated
✅ Copied | ❌ Not copied |
Location, Program Options, Enrollment Model | Classes |
Pricing, payment plans, charge items | Waitlists |
Enroll Form settings, coupons, terms | Enrollments |
Advanced Options (privacy, Kiosk PIN, etc.) |
|
Step 1 - Select Program(s)
Go to the Programs tab (found on either the Classes or My Company page). Check the box next to each Program you want to copy — or use Select All to grab them all — then click the Duplicate icon (highlighted in red below).
Tip: The order in which you check the boxes determines the order Programs are duplicated. Re-select if you want a different order. (Moved up from Step 2 — it's a Step 1 action.)
NOTE: Programs can only be duplicated within the same Enrollment Period. To copy Programs into a different Enrollment Period, duplicate the entire Enrollment Period instead.
Step 2 - Confirm the Duplicatation Queue
The Program Editor opens with a banner at the top showing how many Programs are queued and the order they'll be added. Use this to double-check your selection before making edits.
Step 3 - Make Your Changes
IMPORTANT: Each duplicated Program must have a unique combination of name and options. If two Programs share matching names and options, one will disappear from the Enroll Form.
Edit any of the following — keep in mind your changes apply to every Program you're duplicating in this batch:
Location(s)
Program Option(s) — learn how to edit Program Options
Enrollment Model — simple, days per week, or class
Class Selection View — List, Multi-List, etc.
Class Selection Lists — Multi-List View only
Pricing — per class or per credit, charge items, enrollment fees, payment plans, or proration
Enroll Form — "enrollment ends on" date, age restrictions, prerequisites, coupon codes, forms, terms, welcome message, instructions
Advanced Options — make private, allow cancellation, or set a Kiosk PIN
Note on Pricing: Pricing duplicates as-is. If a payment plan is unpublished on the original, it will stay unpublished on the copy.
Step 4 - Save the Duplicated Program
Click Add at the bottom of the editor. Your new Program(s) will appear under Current Programs, ready to use.
Need to duplicate Classes, Waitlists, or Enrollments too? Those don't carry over with a Program duplication. To copy them as well, duplicate the entire Enrollment Period instead.
