There are several ways to stop enrollments in Enrollsy. The right option depends on whether you want to close enrollment for everything, a whole Enrollment Period, specific Programs or individual Classes.
Stop All Enrollments — Every Program and Enrollment Period
To stop all enrollments, complete both of these steps:
Hide the Enroll button in the Customer Portal
This keeps customers from enrolling in the Customer Portal or through any Enrollsy enrollment link. Remove any enrollment links you've posted on your website or elsewhere, too.
Stop Enrollments for an Enrollment Period
To stop enrollment for every Program in an Enrollment Period, unpublish the Enrollment Period.
Only use this option if you want to close all Programs in that Enrollment Period. To keep some Programs open, see the next section.
Stop Enrollments for Specific Programs
To stop enrollment for some Programs while keeping others in the same Enrollment Period open, use either of these options:
Make the Programs that should be closed Private Programs so they're only available with a private link (and not available on the general enroll form) — learn how to generate a private Program enrollment link
Reduce the Class Capacity of the Classes in the Programs you want to close — learn how to change Class Capacity
Stop Enrollments for a Class
To stop enrollment in a Class, reduce its Class Capacity to match the number of Enrollees currently enrolled. Learn how to change Class Capacity.
Depending on your use case, there are various ways to stop enrollments in Enrollsy.
Stop ALL Enrollments for All Programs
To stop ALL enrollments in every Enrollment Period, you can do BOTH of the following:
Hide the Enroll button in the Customer Portal AND
This will keep customers from enrolling in the portal and using any enrollment links. You will also need to be sure to delete any enrollment links published on your website or other places.
Stop Enrollment Period Enrollments
To stop one or more Enrollment Period enrollments, you can unpublish the whole Enrollment Period IF ALL the Programs in that Enrollment Period are ones you want to stop enrollment in.
Stop Program Enrollments
To stop one or more Program enrollments, again, you can unpublish the whole Enrollment Period IF ALL the Programs in that Enrollment Period are ones you want to stop enrollment in.
If there are some Programs in the Enrollment Period you would like to continue enrollment; you have some options:
Make the Programs that are still open for enrollment "Private Programs" (only accessible with a private link). Click here to learn how to make your Programs private.

Stop Class Enrollments
