Yes. Inactive Account Holders still have access to their Account with their login and password. They can do the following inside their Account:
View past billing
Print out transaction statements
Enroll or re-enroll in available Programs/Classes
Can Inactive Accounts Access their Account?
What Account Holders do with their Account once they are no longer active
