About Leads

Enrollsy saves a lead when someone enters at least one piece of contact information on your Enroll Form but doesn't finish enrolling. Leads are people who are interested in your organization, so following up with them can help turn them into Customers.

You'll find your leads under Submissions > Leads, in the Leads Summary section.

  • New leads can take a few minutes to a couple of hours to show up

  • Dates and times are shown in the time zone of your web browser

Tag Leads

Lead tags help you sort leads into groups so you can follow up with each group. You can add or remove tags for several leads at once.

Step 1 — Choose to Add or Remove Tags

Check the boxes next to the leads you want to update. Click the tag icon, then choose to add or remove tags.

Step 2 — Select Tags

A drawer opens with a list of tags. Select the tags you want to add or remove, then click Submit. You can also create, edit or delete tags in this drawer.

Step 3 — Review the Results

The drawer shows each tag being added or removed, one at a time, so you can confirm they were applied correctly.

You don't need to check whether a lead already has a tag:

  • When you add tags, Enrollsy won't add a tag a lead already has

  • When you remove tags, nothing happens to leads that don't have that tag

Filter Leads by Tag

Click Filter and check the tags you want to see. To create a new tag, click the blue + button at the bottom of the filter.

Text Leads

Check the boxes next to the leads you want to text, then click the SMS button. Only leads with a cell phone number can get texts.

NOTE: Texts from a phone number that isn't linked to an Enrollsy account show as Sender Unknown. Leads who don't have an account yet show up this way.

Email Leads

Check the boxes next to the leads you want to email, then click the email icon. This copies the email addresses of those leads. Paste them into your email provider, such as Gmail or Outlook, to send your message.

When a Lead Enrolls

If a lead finishes enrolling, their information moves to their Customer account page. They usually drop off the Leads page automatically. If they don't, click the trash can icon next to their name to delete them.

You can also enroll a lead yourself. Use the same email address the lead entered, and the information they already gave will fill in automatically on the New Account page or the Enroll Form.
