What a Tag Is
What is a "Tag"? A tag is a label that shows up in various places in Enrollsy. All Tags are housed in one place but can be attached to Enrollments, Accounts, or Enrollees.
Where Tags Show Up
The following are all the places within Enrollsy where Tags show in the Admin Portal, Instructor Portal, and Customer Portal:
Admin Portal
The People page shows Enrollment, Account, and Enrollee Tags. Chat in and choose "Request People Page (Beta)" to get this feature unlocked.
The Enrollees table / Enrollments tab (the default settings on the Enrollments Tab are to show Enrollment Tags, Account Tags, and Enrollee Tags; these columns are customizable on this tab). The filter chips show which kind of Tag is being used to filter.
The Enrollees table / Accounts tab (only shows Account Tags, but you can filter by all Tags). All the filters persist here as well, so you can see all accounts that have certain Enrollment or Enrollee Tags.
Enrollees table / Enrollees tab (only shows Enrollee Tags, but you can filter by all Tags). All the filters persist here as well, so you can see all accounts that have certain Enrollment or Account Tags.
Each Enrollee's page. The enrollee page has various Tags, all labeled. Here you'll find Waitlist Tags on the Waitlist Enrollment Card, Enrollment Tags on the Enrollment Card, and Enrollee Tags in the top right corner of the Enrollee Card.

Each Account page (Account Tags). The Customer account page shows Account Tags at the top of the page.
Each Billing page (Account Tags at the top right and Enrollment Tags under each Enrollment Card)

The Classes page under each Class (shows Enrollment, Account, and Enrollee Tags). These tags cannot be edited or hidden on this page.

The Classes page under each Class on the Rosters (accessible by the printer icon) - only shows Enrollment Tags
The Reports page under All Rosters (only shows Enrollment Tags)
The Instructors page (My Company > Users > Instructors) beside each Instructor (Instructor Tags)

The list could go on and on. There are limitless things you can use Tags for. You can also trigger Tags in connection with certain Charge Items. See this article for more information.
How to Create Tags
If you have access to manage your Tags, you can create and add Tags by following these steps:
Step 1 - Open the Tags list by clicking the plus sign icon if the Lead or Enrollee has not been tagged already.
Step 2 - After opening the tag window, to add a new Tag, click on the blue round plus button at the bottom.
Step 3 - Next, choose the settings you want the Tag to have:
Add the Tag's label
Choose who can view the Tag (Admin by default, plus the option of adding Instructors and/or Primary Account Holder). See Making a Tag Visible to Others below.
Select whether you want that Tag to be shown in the Class Rosters by selecting the box beside "Show in Rosters."
Choose the color of the Tag.
You can automatically trigger a Tag upon the charging of a Charge Item. In other words, the enrollment will be auto-tagged every time a Charge Item (of your choosing) is placed on a Customer Account for that enrollment.
NOTE: Triggers only work with Enrollment Tags, no other type of Tag. You must add the Tag manually for any existing accounts.
If you have not created your Tags, please do that first. See this support article for assistance. Scroll down to the Triggers setting to add your trigger, which is a Charge Item. If you need to create a new Charge Item, do so on your Items page.
Step 4 - Click "Submit" to save the Tag and the settings.
How to Edit a Tag
You can edit available Tags by clicking the Tag and then the pencil icon. Edit any of the settings, then click "Save."
NOTE: At this time, there is no way to re-order tags. However, you can filter on them under "Type to filter" within the Tag pop-up.
