Emails About Expiring Cards

Account Holders get an email on the 1st and 25th of each month when their account has:

  • An active enrollment

  • A current balance

  • An expired or expiring card on file

About these emails:

  • They include a button to update your payment details

  • The message varies based on your saved payment method and auto-pay settings

  • They’re sent whether or not auto-pay is turned on for that card
