This guide walks you through updating your account information and changing your payment method in your Enrollsy Subscription account.
❗NOTE: If your company signed up with Enrollsy after 3/12/25, your account may not be within Enrollsy (and accessible to you). For questions about your subscription, billing, or account access, please contact us via chat or email support@enrollsy.com.
Before You Begin
Your Enrollsy admin account is for using the application — it is not where you manage your subscription. Subscription changes are made through the separate Enrollsy Subscription portal, and only your designated account holders can sign in there.

Change Account Information
Use this section to update your company details, account holder, or Implementation Lead contact info. Keeping this information current ensures Enrollsy can reach the right person about your account and that important notices reach the correct inbox.

Step 1 - My Account Page
The My Account page is the central hub for editing your company and contact information. From here, you can update names, emails, phone numbers, your mailing address, and your company website. After logging in, click the menu in the top right corner to access the My Account page.
On this page, you can update the following information:
Account Holder and/or Implementation Lead's name
Account Holder and/or Implementation Lead's email address
Account Holder and/or Implementation Lead's phone number(s)
Company street or mailing address
Company name
Company website
Step 2 - Save Information
Changes are not applied until you save them. The Save button appears in two places on the page — either one will save your edits.

Change Payment Method
Use this section to replace the bank account or credit/debit card on file for your Enrollsy subscription. You'll remove the existing payment method first, then add the new one and re-enable Auto-Pay.

Step 1 - Home/Payments Page
The Home page is where all payment information lives, including your current method on file and your Auto-Pay settings. Click on the menu in the upper-right corner and click on the Home page.

Step 2 - Edit Payment Method
Open the Edit Payment Info screen to see what's currently on file and begin making changes. Underneath Payment Methods, you will see if you have a bank account or debit/credit card on file. The last four digits of the account will show. To edit these, click the pencil icon to the right.
Step 3 - Delete Payment Method
⚠️ WARNING: Deleting your payment method will turn off Auto-Pay. To avoid a missed or late payment, add a new payment method immediately after deleting the old one and be sure one of the Auto-Pay Methods are turned back on.
Before adding a new bank or card, you'll need to remove the existing one by clicking the trashcan icon beside that payment method.
Step 4 - Add New Payment Method
Once the old method is removed, choose how you'd like to pay going forward — by electronic check (ACH) or by credit/debit card by selecting Set up new account or Set up new card.
Step 4a - ACH Payment (Electronic Check)
Use ACH to pay directly from a checking or savings account. You'll need your bank's routing number and your account number — both can be found at the bottom of a check or in your online banking portal.
Click Electronic Check (ACH) and enter your name, bank routing number, and account number. Be sure to hit Submit to save the information.
Step 4b - Credit or Debit Card
Use a credit or debit card for faster setup if you don't have your bank details handy. Have your card, billing zip code, and CVV ready before you begin.
Click Credit/Debit Card and enter your card number, name, expiration date, billing zip code, and CVV. Be sure to hit Submit to save the information.
You're All Set
Once your changes are saved, you'll see your updated information on the My Account or Home page. If your payment method was changed, double-check that Auto-Pay is set to your new bank or card on the Edit Payment Info screen.
