How to Print Statements, Invoices and Receipts in the Customer Portal

Print or save a transaction statement, invoices or payment receipts, or export them to a CSV

Primary Account Holders, and Secondary Account Holders with access, can print or save a transaction statement, invoices and payment receipts from the Customer Portal. A transaction statement can be used for tax purposes.

Note: Printing only works in a web browser. Use Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

Printing From the Enrollsy App

If you’re using the Enrollsy app, you’ll be asked to open the Customer Portal in a browser when you click a printer icon to print a statement or invoices.

  • Click Open in Browser to Print

  • If you’re asked to open the link on an external page, click OK

  • Sign in again, then follow the steps below for what you want to print

Print a Transaction Statement

Step 1 — Open Transactions

  • Click the menu in the top right corner and select Transactions

Step 2 — Choose the Dates

  • Click the printer icon at the top right of Transaction History

  • Select Print Transaction Summary

  • Choose the From and To dates

  • Click Load

Step 3 — Print or Save as a PDF

  • In the Document Ready window, click Print

  • In your browser’s print window, print the statement or choose Save as PDF

After you save the statement as a PDF, you can email it as an attachment.

Export Transactions to a CSV

  • Click the export icon at the top right of Transaction History to download your transactions as a CSV file

Print Invoices

Your company decides whether Current, Paid and Future Invoices show in the Customer Portal.

Step 1 — Open Your Invoices

  • Click the menu in the top right corner and select Home

Step 2 — Select Invoices

  • Check the box beside each invoice you want, or check the box at the top of the list to select them all

Step 3 — Print or Download

  • To print, click the printer icon at the top right of the list (you may need to scroll right to see it), click Print, then print or choose Save as PDF

  • To download, click the export icon to save the invoices as a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets

Print a Payment Receipt

Receipts can only be printed from the Customer Portal in a web browser, not in the Enrollsy app. To open the Customer Portal in a browser, ask your Admin for your company’s Account Sign In link.

Step 1 — Open Transactions

  • Click the menu in the top right corner and select Transactions

  • Find the transaction you need a receipt for

Step 2 — Create the Receipt

  • Click the three dots beside the transaction

  • Select Create Payment Receipt to open the receipt in a new window

Step 3 — Print or Save as a PDF

  • In the Document Ready window, click Print

  • In your browser’s print window, print the receipt or choose Save as PDF
