Accessing Financial Statements in Enrollsy

How Customers and Admins can print or export statements for tax purposes

Written by Serena Edwards

When tax season arrives, Customers often need an end-of-year statement showing what they paid over the year. In Enrollsy, Customers can print or export this statement themselves directly from the Customer Portal, and Admins can generate a statement on a Customer's behalf when needed.

Customer Portal — Printing or Exporting a Statement

Customers can only print or export statements while signed in through a browser — Chrome or Safari is recommended. The link Customers need is the Account Sign-In link, found on the My Company page under Links. You can also embed the Account Sign-In link directly on your company website.

From the Customer Portal:

Steps:

  1. Click Transactions from the Menu.

  2. Click the Printer icon at the top-right of the Transaction History, then select Print Transaction Summary.

  3. Select the date range for the summary and click Load.

  4. Click Print on the next screen. Choose either Save as a PDF or print the document directly from the Print screen.

  5. To export the entire Transaction History to a spreadsheet, click the Export icon.

NOTE: Even if Customers withdraw from your Program, they can still access their account.

Admin Portal — Printing a Statement for a Customer

If a Customer needs help getting a statement, Admins can print or export one on their behalf from the Admin Portal.
