Activity Notifications
Whenever an authorized staff member adds or edits an Activity on an Enrollee’s timeline, you can set up automated alerts to keep families informed. Here is a breakdown of how to configure these notifications:
Who Receives the Alert: Notifications are automatically routed to the Enrollee's Primary Account Holder, as well as the Secondary Account Holder (if one is listed on the account).
Choosing a Delivery Method: You can elect to send these updates via Email or SMS (text message) by selecting your preferred option and typing your message into the provided text box.
Personalizing the Message: Because these are automated alerts sent to multiple families, you can use dynamic placeholders to customize the text. Click "Insert field value" (under Emails) or "Insert field" (under SMS) to automatically pull in specific details—such as the date, your company name, or the enrollee's name—so each message is unique to the recipient.
See this article for more detailed steps on how to set up these notifications or how to create an Activity.
Notification Center for Admin Users
Admin users can also be notified via Enrollsy's Notification Center. The Notification Center is your OWN PERSONAL Notification Center. No other Admin User shares that particular Notification Center.
NOTE: All Activity notifications will be deleted after 120 days!
