How Mail Mergic Extends Enrollsy's Value

Enrollsy gives you all the power you need to build custom intake and data flows. However, there are some limitations to what you can do with that data once you get it. For instance, have you ever wanted to use the data collected from your Enroll Form to create, print, or email a customized PDF? For example:

How Mail Mergic Works

We have integrated with Mail Mergic that allows you to easily customize and send personalized PDF forms to multiple recipients.

Follow the steps below to get started.

1. Upload Your PDF Form

To begin, you will need to upload your PDF form. You can do this by either dragging and dropping the file into the designated area, or by selecting a previously uploaded PDF file. This will serve as the template for your mail merge.

2. Upload Your Excel File

Next, you will need to upload an Excel file containing all the data you want to include in your PDF forms. Our platform supports all common spreadsheet formats, making it easy for you to use your existing data.

3. Drag and Drop Placeholders

Once your PDF form and Excel file are uploaded, you can begin customizing your forms. Simply drag and drop the fields from your Excel file onto the corresponding areas on your PDF form. These fields will be automatically filled with the data from the specific columns in your Excel file.

4. Start the PDF Mail Merge

When you are satisfied with your customized PDF forms, click the "Generate PDFs" button. After a few seconds, your filled PDF forms will be ready for download.

5. Send PDFs as Email Attachments

Finally, you can easily send your customized PDF forms to multiple recipients with just one click. Our platform allows you to send personalized emails with PDF attachments to thousands of recipients at once. You can also view an email report to see which emails were successfully delivered.
