Customize Brand Colors (White Labeling)
It's called "White Labeling," and it's one of Enrollsy's coolest features! We give you the control you need to make Enrollsy look and feel like an in-house software solution. This can make a big difference in how your brand is experienced by you, your employees, and your Customers.
To change your company's colors, follow these steps:
Step 1 - To change the primary color everywhere throughout the app, including on images, head over to My Company and scroll down to My Company settings.
Step 2- Click the teardrop icon to adjust the Company Theme Color. Changing this color will also change the primary color everywhere in the instructor and customer apps.
Step 3 - Choose from a ton of presets, or if you're like me and prefer to use hexadecimal, switch between selection methods and enter your value.
Step 4 - Last, you must scroll to the page's bottom and click Save.
If you are not seeing the new color immediately upon changing it, please refresh your page.
Contrast Ratio
One thing to remember is the contrast ratio. Be sure to select a color that is easy enough to see on white or black so that the app is comfortable to use for you and your Customers.

Customize Enrollsy Terminology
Under this section, you can change what you call certain things within Enrollsy. Do you want to call "Enrollee," "Student," "Child," or another name? Besides "Enrollee," other entities that can be changed include:
Enrollee
Instructor
Primary Account Holder
Secondary Account Holder
Location
Enrollment Period
Program
Class
To get familiar with Enrollsy's lingo, see "Enrollsy's Lingo and Common 'Gotchas'".
Companies can change these default words to better fit their company lingo. Here are some examples of words we see used most often:
The word Enrollee is a label that can be changed to Child, Student, Registrant, Player, Subscriber, Member, Traveler, etc.
The word Primary (or Secondary) Account Holder can be changed to Parent, Parent/Primary Guardian, etc.
The word Enrollment Period can be changed to School Year, Registration Period, etc.
The word Program is also a label and can be changed to Plan, Trip, Grade Level, Camp, etc.
The word Class can be changed to Session, Course, Schedule, Group, etc.
Enter the new label and click "Save Settings" to save the changes made.
Enroll Form Settings
This is where you'll first begin to set up your Enroll Form. This section is where you can do the following:
Add Terms & Conditions
Add Enrollment welcome messages
Add Program instructions
Add a redirect URL
Allow Account Holders to enroll themselves
Enforce enrollment capacities
Auto-assign enrollments
Add a message for an external Wailist (if not using Enrollsy's internal Waitlist)
Hide "Enroll Another button
Edit account password settings
We will go into more detail of each of the above.
Terms & Conditions
Customize and add additional Terms & Conditions.
Enrollment Welcome Messages
Customize and add additional Enrollment Welcome Messages that will be automatically emailed out to your Enrollees after they've enrolled. You can create as many of each of these as you need and then assign them to your Programs at a later stage.
Program Instructions
Add general Program instructions that apply to ALL Programs.
Redirect URL
Change the default URL (where Enrollees are redirected after enrollment). By default, everyone is directed to a page that has the location name, contact name, phone and email address. To edit this, copy and paste the website URL where you want all your customers to be directed after enrollment.
Allow Primary Account Holders to Enroll Themselves
Enable this if you allow Primary Account Holders to enroll themselves (Enrollees can also be Account Holders). You have the following options to choose from:
Default selection to 'Enroll Someone Else' - In the Enrollee Info part of the Enroll Form, the system will default to "Someone Else," but will give them a choice to enroll the Primary Account Holder or someone else.
Default selection to 'Enroll Self' - The system will default to the Primary Account Holder, but will give them a choice to enroll someone else.
'Enroll Self' first - The system will automatically enroll the Primary Account Holder as the Enrollee. If no fields are included in the Enrollee section, this section will be skipped on the Enroll Form if this selection is checked. If the Customer chooses to enroll another person after completing the first enrollment, they will be provided the option to enroll themselves (the Primary Account Holder) or someone else.
'Enroll Self' only - The system will automatically enroll the Primary Account Holder as the Enrollee, and they will only have the option to enroll themselves in another Class. There will be no option to enroll someone else.
'Enroll Someone Else' first - The system will not ask, but will direct you to enroll another person (other than the Primary Account Holder) in the Enrollee Info section.
NOTE: If you leave this box ("Allow 'enroll self'") unchecked, you will have to type in the name of the Enrollee (whether that is the Primary Account Holder or someone else). It will not give you any options.
Enforce enrollment capacities
Enable this if you want to prevent enrollment into Programs and Waitlists at full capacity. This setting also allows real-time reservation in the Enroll Form to prevent over-enrollment. Learn How Real-Time Reservation Works.
Important Notes About Enforcing Enrollment Capacities
Important Notes About Enforcing Enrollment Capacities
High-Demand Enrollments
If you have high-demand enrollment (meaning you have a lot of people enrolling at the same time), we suggest reserving one to three fewer spots than your actual capacity during the initial enrollment period. This will allow for the accommodation of Enrollees who enrolled during peak demand.
The reason for the workaround is that our system is currently experiencing a bug that impacts high-demand enrollments. The complexity of this issue requires a more extensive solution than can be prioritized at this time. However, a comprehensive overhaul of the Enroll Form is planned. (last updated 4/29/26).
Selection Became Full Message
If there are few spots available, customers may see the following message if other customers are holding those spots. Customers can either keep trying, or an admin user can enroll the customer manually.
Auto assign enrollments
Enable this to automatically assign new enrollments into a Class if the selected Program has only one Class.
Message for using an External Waitlist
Use your own waitlist, customize the waitlist message, and add a link to your external, custom waitlist. You must have the Admin user permission "Manage Enrollment Waitlist Messages" turned on first.
Hide Enroll Another button
Enable this if you want to hide the button that shows at the bottom of the Enroll Form that says "Enroll Another." This button allows customers to enroll another person without having to go back.
Account password settings
The password settings available are:
Force Password Creation: Force customers to create a password when enrolling for the first time
Optional Password Creation: Allow your customers to optionally create a password when enrolling for the first time
Hide Password Fields: Hide the password fields at the end of the Enroll Form
Payment Settings
Select which payment settings you would like to apply to all transactions through Enrollsy. These rules include the following:
Auto-pay settings
Opt-In / Opt-Out - Allow customers to opt-in and to opt-out of auto-pay
Force Auto-Pay - Force auto-pay enrollment; customers cannot opt-out
Hide Auto-Pay - Hide auto-pay enrollment. Customers will not be able to opt in or opt out of auto-pay themselves.
Payment Fees
You can pass on taxes and/or fees to the customer. These fees can be changed on a customer account level as well.
NOTE: If the Payment Fees section does not appear, that means you don't have a Charge Item set up as a card processing fee. See "How to Charge a Convenience Fee or Tax" to set that up.
