How to View Text Messages
Account Holders receive Enrollsy text messages as actual text messages in whatever Message app they use (not in the Enrollsy App itself).
TIP: Save this number as coming from the company you are enrolled with.
How to Respond to & Opt Out of Text Messages
Account Holders respond to texts like regular texts (message and data rates may apply). If you do not want to receive SMS texts, reply to a message with one of the following:
STOP
STOP ALL
UNSUBSCRIBE
CANCEL
END
QUIT
This action sets your opt-in status to inactive, meaning you will no longer receive messages from the company you are enrolled in (even emergency texts).
To start back, text "START," "YES," or "UNSTOP" to the same number.
Group Text Messages
You also receive texts individually (even if the text was sent as a group text). When you respond to the text, it only goes back to the Admin user or Instructor who sent it (not to the group).
