How to Log and View Activities in the Customer Portal

Post Activities for one or more Enrollees and see the details of each Activity

Written by Serena Edwards

Activities let you share updates about an Enrollee with the organization, such as check-ins, notes and photos. You can log an Activity for one Enrollee, or use Bulk Activities to log the same Activity for several Enrollees, Classes and dates at once.

Log an Activity for One Enrollee

  • Sign in to the Customer Portal

  • Click Activities in the top menu bar

  • Select the Enrollee

  • Choose the Activity and fill in the details, such as the Class and a note

  • Click Post
