How to Edit Admin Users' Information or Email Notifications

Need to change something in an Admin's profile? Here's how.

Edit Contact Information

It's easy to edit an Admin user's contact information. Head over to the Users page > Admins. Click on the pencil icon beside the user to edit.

Here, you can edit the following information:

  • Name

  • Title

  • Email address

  • Cell phone number

  • Role/Permissions

  • Locations

  • Email notifications

NOTE: Be careful when editing an Admin user's role. If you change a main Admin role, that role will be changed for EVERYONE who has the role, not just for the person you are editing! If an Admin user needs different permissions, create a new role for that person.

Edit Email Notifications

If you're an Admin user, you can receive notifications for one or more of the following:

  • Failed Customer payment emails

  • New enrollment emails

  • Enrollment rescheduled emails

  • Enrollment cancellation emails

To edit these notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "My Company" section. Select the "User" tab.

  2. Click on the Admins page to access the list of admin users.

  3. Find the admin user you want to edit and click on the pencil icon beside their name to edit their profile.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the "Email Notifications" section.

  5. Check or uncheck the boxes for each email notification.

Turning email notifications on for Admins

This will stop that admin user from receiving email notifications about new enrollments. If you have multiple admin users, you will need to repeat this process for each one whose notifications you wish to change.

If you are not receiving emails, please double-check your email address and try whitelisting enrollsy.com.

If you have any users who are no longer working at your company, please let us know their name and email address (the one used in Enrollsy) so we can take them off our subscription list. Feel free to email these to support@enrollsy.com.
