Enrollsy's Enrollment Model controls how your Enroll Form is structured and how costs are calculated. In most cases, the Enrollment Model should be set once when the Program is created and left alone. However, if you need to change it, it's important to understand what happens when you do — some changes are irreversible without manual cleanup.
When would I need to do this? Common reasons include correcting a setup mistake, reusing a Program template with a different model, or updating a Program structure for a new season.

⚠️ What Happens When You Change the Enrollment Model
Changing the Enrollment Model on a Program that already has enrollees or Payment Plans will cause the following:
Payment Plans are permanently deleted. Any active Payment Plans attached to enrollees in that Program will be removed. You will need to manually recreate them after the change.
If changing away from Classes: Class dates will remain in the background but will no longer be visible or active. You should delete all Class dates before making the change.
If changing away from Multi-List (Classes model): Class Selection Lists will be kept rather than deleted. You will need to go into the Program, change it back to Multi-List, go into each Class, unselect the Class Selection List, and then edit the Enrollment Model.
Before You Change the Enrollment Model
The safest conditions for changing an Enrollment Model are:
No one is currently enrolled in the Program
No one has active Payment Plans tied to the Program
If both of those are true, you can change the model without any downstream consequences.
How to Change the Enrollment Model
The Enrollment Model is set inside the Program Editor. Before making any changes, read the consequences in the above section — some changes cannot be undone without manual cleanup.
Go to Programs in your Enrollsy admin.
Find the Program you want to update and click the pencil icon on the right side of the Program row.
In the Program Editor, scroll to the Enrollment Model field. It will show the currently selected model (Simple, Days per Week, or Classes).
Select the new model.
Review the rest of the pricing settings below the Enrollment Model field. Changing the model may reset or hide certain pricing fields, so check that all cost settings are still correct before saving.
Click Save (or Publish if the Program is live).
If You Can't Meet the Safe Conditions
If the Program already has enrollees or active Payment Plans and you still need to change the model, you have two options:
Option 1 — Change the model and manually rebuild Payment Plans Change the Enrollment Model, then manually add Payment Plans back to each individual account. This is the faster path if enrollment numbers are small.
Option 2 — Duplicate the Program first (recommended) Duplicate the Program and change the Enrollment Model on the duplicate. Close or archive the original Program, then re-enroll everyone who was in the original into the new one. This approach avoids data loss and keeps the original intact as a reference.
Option 3 — Contact Enrollsy Support Contact support if you need help recovering or recreating Payment Plans after a model change.
