Add an expiration date to a Required Document or E-Signature Document when customers need to renew it on a regular schedule, like an annual waiver or a yearly health form. You set the expiration in months, and the document is no longer valid once that time passes.
Enrollsy doesn't take any automatic action when a document expires. You can find expired and soon-to-expire documents on the Documents page and in your Notification Center.
Required Documents — Add an Expiration Date
Go to My Company > Forms > Documents
Click the pencil icon beside the Required Document you want to edit
Enter the number of months in the Expires in months field
Click Save
You can also set an expiration date when you create a new Required Document. The field is in the same place.
E-Signature Documents — Add an Expiration Date
Go to My Company > Forms > Documents
Click the pencil icon beside the E-Signature Document you want to edit
Under Setup, enter the number of months in the expiration field
Click Save
You can also set an expiration date when you create a new E-Signature Document. The field is under Setup.
NOTE: Changing the expiration date on an E-Signature Document doesn't update documents that have already been signed. To change those, edit each one on the account's Documents tab.
Signed E-Signature Documents — Change an Expiration Date
Open the account that has the signed document
Click the Documents tab
Find the document and click the pencil to edit its expiration date
Save your changes
Repeat for each account you need to update
Expired Documents — Find and Track Them
Expired documents stay on the Documents page until you delete them. To find them:
Go to Enrollees > Documents (your account may use a different name for Enrollees)
Click Document Finder
Filter by expired or soon-to-expire documents
You can also see expired documents in your Notification Center. Click the bell icon in the upper-right corner to open it. Each Admin user has their own Notification Center.
