To see how many Enrollees are enrolled in a specific Program or Class, open your Dashboard and select the Capacities tab. From there, follow the steps below to find the numbers you need.
Select a Location
Capacities are grouped by Location first. If your account has more than one Location, use the Location selector in the top right of the application to switch between them and see Capacities for the Programs and Classes at each one.
Select an Enrollment Period
Within each Location, Capacities are grouped by Enrollment Period. You can only view one Enrollment Period at a time, so select the checkbox next to the Enrollment Period you want to see.
Check Capacity Percentages by Day
The colored box in the middle of the page shows the current Capacity percentage for all Programs at that Location. Hover over the info icon to see the percentage broken down by day.
View Capacities by Program
Select the By Program tab to see Capacity details for each Program, including:
Capacity by percentage
The number of Enrollees enrolled in each Program
View Capacities by Class
Select the By Class tab to see Capacity details for each Class, including:
Capacity by percentage
The number of Enrollees enrolled in each Class
Export the Report
Select the export icon to download the Capacities report as a CSV spreadsheet. This works for either the By Program or By Class view.
