3 - Quick Fixes

Step 1 — Simple Refresh

Refresh the page in your browser, or log out and log back into Enrollsy.

Step 2 — Hard Refresh

A hard refresh forces your browser to clear its cache and reload all files.

  • Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + F5, or hold Shift and click the refresh button.

  • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R.

Step 3 — Retry After a Short Delay

Occasionally the issue resolves on its own. Wait a few minutes, then try again.

5 - Contacting Support

Please include the following in your message:

  • A description of the issue and what you were doing when it occurred

  • The exact error message (or a screenshot)

  • The troubleshooting steps you've already tried

  • Your browser and operating system (e.g., Chrome 124 on macOS Sonoma)

  • The date and time the error occurred

  • Your browser console log (see the appendix below for how to retrieve it)

Appendix: How to Retrieve Your Browser Console Log

The console log shows technical errors that help support diagnose your issue.

Google Chrome (Windows & Mac)

1. Open the Console

  • Windows/Linux: Press F12 or Ctrl + Shift + J

  • Mac: Press Cmd + Option + J

2. Locate the Error Look for text highlighted in red — these are console errors.

3. Copy the Message

  • A specific error: Right-click the error text and select Copy message or Copy stack trace.

  • The entire log: Right-click anywhere in the console and select Save as… to download the full log, or Copy all messages to copy as text.


Safari (Mac Only)

Prerequisite — Enable the Develop Menu (skip if already enabled)

  1. Go to Safari → Settings (or Preferences).

  2. Click the Advanced tab.

  3. Check "Show features for web developers" (or "Show Develop menu in menu bar").

2. Locate the Error Errors appear with a red icon next to them.

3. Copy the Message

  • Click the error to expand it if needed.

  • Highlight the text, then right-click and select Copy (or press Cmd + C).
