Enroll links are available to copy in various places throughout the app. You can click these links to copy them to your clipboard and then paste them into an email, a text message, or a button on your website.
ℹ️ Tip: Links copied from the Company tab are automatically shortened, which is especially useful for text messages.
General Enroll Link
The General Enroll Link is the all-purpose link to your public Enroll Form (it excludes Private Programs).
To copy it:
Click the person icon in the upper-right corner.
Select My Company.
Next to Enroll Form, click the link icon to copy the URL to your clipboard.
Other links available on this page: Customer Account Sign-in, Customer Account Password Reset, Program Browse, and Instructor Portal.

Customized Enroll Form Link
Say you want to send a specific Enroll link to someone for a particular Program, schedule, and time. You can send them a customized Enroll link.
⚠️ Before you build a customized link:
Customized links do not work for Private Programs.
If a customer clicks the Sign In tab and returns to the Enroll Form, the prefilled Program selection may not appear on the Submissions page.
Customized links target Programs, not individual Classes — there is currently no way to link directly to a Class.
You can do this using these methods:
Option 1 - Enroll Link Builder
To build a customized Enroll link:
Go to Classes → Classes tab.
Click the link icon next to the Programs filter.
Fill in the Program Options you want to prefill — for example:
Program Name
Schedule
Time
Click the link icon again to copy the customized URL.
Paste it into an email, text, social post, or website button.
Option 2 - Use URLsy
URLsy lets you create branded, trackable, expiring, or password-protected versions of any Enrollsy link — ideal when you're running ongoing campaigns. See URLsy details below or sign up for URLsy.
You have two ways to generate a QR code for any Enrollsy link:
Option | Best for | Cost |
QR generator | One-off codes, basic use | Free |
URLsy add-on | Branded codes, analytics, expiring/scheduled links | $1.00 per link + QR (first 4 free) |
Option 1 - Free QR Code Generator
If you need to create a QR code that people can scan to enroll in your Programs or Classes, follow these steps.
Copy the link you want to encode (from the My Company page or any Program).
Open a QR generator (search "QR code generator").
Paste the URL and click Convert to Dynamic / Shorten URL for a smaller, easier-to-scan code.
Customize colors, add a logo, and rename the code.
Copy the QR image and paste it into your flyer, email, or document.
Scan it yourself to verify the link before sending.
Option 2 - Use URLsy (recommended for ongoing campaigns)
URLsy is a paid add-on ($1.00 per link + QR; first four free) that gives you more control over every Enrollsy link:
Branded short links
Automatic QR codes
Password-protected links
Expiring links
Scheduled availability
Smart organization (group links by program, season, or team)
Click analytics (track who clicked and when)
You can put Enrollsy on your website in two ways: as a simple link or button that opens the Enroll Form in a new tab, or as an embedded slide-out window that keeps customers on your site.
Option A — Link or button (simplest)
Open your website editor (or the HTML of the page you want to add the link to).
Add or select a button, then paste your Enroll Form link into its URL/anchor field.
Option B — Embedded slide-out window Follow the five steps below.
Embed the Enroll Form on Your Website
Embedding the Enroll Form lets customers complete enrollment in a slide-out window without leaving your site. Follow these five steps:
Open the embed tool — From Enroll → blue circle → Add to website, or person icon → My Company → Embed Enrollsy on your site.
Enroll Page
My Company Page
Choose button or text link.
Customize the design (text, color, size, corners).
Button Design Settings
Text Design Settings
Set a prefill Program (optional) — choose Location, Enrollment Period, and Program.
Copy the embed code and paste it into your site's HTML where the button/link should appear. When a user clicks on the text link/button, your Enrollsy form will appear as a sliding drawer.

Here's what customers see when they click your embedded button or text link. The Enroll Form opens in a sliding drawer over your existing page:

However, some web host providers (i.e., Wix) make it impossible for third-party apps to be embedded. Even if a Wix app is built, it wouldn't have all the functionality we offer. If this is the case, the link will open a new window/tab. See this Workaround for steps on what to do if your web host provider does not allow third-party apps.
Doesn't Work on Your Website? (Wix and similar platforms)
Some hosts (e.g., Wix) block third-party embeds. If embedding fails, use the link as a button instead:
Insert a button in your website editor.
Copy your Enroll Form link from My Company.
Paste the link into the button's URL field.
