How to Find Newly Enrolled Enrollees
We have a few ways for you to find information about newly enrolled Enrollees.
Enrollment Dashboard
First, you can check the Enrollment Dashboard. Here's how:
Go to the Dashboard
Click on "Enrollments" in the top menu
You'll see a blue box showing today's enrollments and when they occurred
Below that, you'll find black boxes displaying enrollments for the past week, month, and quarter
You can click "Go to Enrollees" in any of these boxes to view the new enrollees directly.
Enrollees Table
For more detailed information, you can use the Enrollees Table:
Click "Enrollees" on the left menu
Select your desired Location(s) and Enrollment Period
Here you'll find details like names, photos, birthdates, and more for all enrollees
Search Bar
You can also use the search bar to find specific enrollees by name, email, or phone number.
How to Sort Enrollees by Enrolled Date on the Enrollees Table
You can sort Enrollees on the Enrollee table by the date they enrolled. First, head to the Enrollees page on the left menu and follow these steps:
Step 1 - Check "Enrolled" Box
Click on the Columns button to choose the columns you want to show on the table.
Make sure the box is checked beside "Enrolled." Check any other columns you want to show.
Step 2 - Rearrange Columns (optional)
To reorder the columns, you have selected to display, switch to the Reorder tab and drag them up or down.
Then click Done to make your changes take effect.
Step 3 - Enter Dates
Next, click the Filter icon (with the funnel). A new window will open. Click in the Enrolled blank, and a date window will pop up.
Enter the dates you want to filter by and click OK, then Done.
Step 4 - Sort by Enrolled Date
The Enrollees will now be filtered by Enrolled Date. You will see the filter pop up beside the Filter button (example: "Enrolled"; see below).
Click the Enrolled button to sort Enrollees in ascending or descending order (see arrow below).
NOTE: The "Enrolled" filter will stay on until you delete it by clicking the "X" button.
