Unenroll an Enrollee

You may need to unenroll someone when:

  • A Customer enrolls someone in the wrong Program

  • A Customer enrolls the same person more than once

  • An Admin enrolls someone in the wrong Program

Choose one of the options below depending on the situation.

Option 1 — Move the Enrollee to the Correct Program

Move the Enrollee from the wrong Program to the right one. Learn how to move an Enrollee to a different Program.

Option 2 — Re-Enroll and Delete the Incorrect Enrollment

Option 3 — Delete the Enrollee Record

Only use this option if the Enrollee has no transactions and you don't need to keep any of their history. Find out what happens when you delete an Enrollee.

Track Withdrawal Dates

The best way to track when an Enrollee withdraws is to add an admin-only date field to your Enroll Form. When an Enrollee withdraws, you enter the date in that field. You can then filter Enrollees by their withdrawal date.

Step 1 — Open the Student Info Section

Go to My Company > Forms > Enroll Form and open the Student Info section.

Step 2 — Add a Withdrawal Date Field

At the end of the Student Info section, right before the Program Selection section, add a Date field. In the Label box, enter a name such as Withdrawal Date.

Step 3 — Make the Field Admin-Only

Scroll to the bottom of the field settings. Under Other Settings, turn on all three toggles:

  • Not Editable by Primary Account Holder — The Primary Account Holder can't edit the field and the field is hidden on the Enroll Form.

  • Hide in Customer Portal — The field doesn't appear in the Customer Portal

  • Hide on Enroll Form — The field doesn't appear on the Enroll Form, so Customers can't fill it in

With all three turned on, only Admins can see and edit the field.

Step 4 — Save and Position the Field

Click Save, then drag the field to where you want it in the Enroll Form. Learn how to move a field in the Enroll Form.

Filter Enrollees by Withdrawal Date

Once the field is added, you can filter the Enrollee table by withdrawal date. [Learn how to filter Enrollees](link to existing article).
