An Account is identified by a name, a unique email address and, optionally, an ID. Each Account belongs to a Primary Account Holder, who is responsible for payment.
Admins and Primary Account Holders see much of the same Account information, but Admins have more tools to edit and manage it. This article goes through each tab in the Admin Portal and explains where Customers find the same information in the Customer Portal.
NOTE: The Enroll Form also works differently for Admins and Customers. Admins see the backend view, and Customers see the frontend view. See Key Differences in a Customer Enrollment and an Admin User Enrollment.
Where to Find Account Information in Each Portal
Transaction History — Admins use the Billing tab, and Customers use the Transactions page
Invoices, Payment Plans and Payment Methods — Admins use the Billing tab, and Customers use the Home page
Internal Notes — Only Admins can see these, on the Account, Enrollee and Billing tabs
Internal Notes — Visible to Admins Only
Admins can add Internal Notes on the Account, Enrollee and Billing tabs. Customers never see these notes.
