How to View, Reply to and Opt Out of Enrollsy Text Messages

Learn how texts from the company you enrolled with work and how to stop or restart them

Companies that use Enrollsy can send you text messages about your account and enrollments. Here's how to view them, reply and opt out.

View Text Messages

Enrollsy text messages arrive in your phone's regular messaging app, not in the Enrollsy app.

Tip — Save the number as a contact under the name of the company you enrolled with so you recognize its texts.

Reply to Text Messages

  • Reply the same way you would to any other text

  • Your reply only goes to the admin or instructor who sent the message

  • Group texts arrive as individual messages, so other recipients won't see your reply

  • Message and data rates may apply

Opt Out of Text Messages

To stop receiving texts, reply to any message with one of these words:

  • STOP

  • STOP ALL

  • UNSUBSCRIBE

  • CANCEL

  • END

  • QUIT

Important — Opting out stops all texts from the company you enrolled with, including emergency texts.

Opt Back In to Text Messages

To start receiving texts again, reply START, YES or UNSTOP to the same number.
