There are two places Instructors can view Classes and Enrollees in their portal:

Activities Page
See below for more details on each of these pages.
On the Classes Page
Instructors can view Classes in the Instructor portal is on the Classes page. The Classes page shows a plethora of information.
List of Programs & Classes
At the top is the Enrollment Period. Click the down arrow to view additional Enrollment Periods. The next box is the Programs. Click the down arrow (or click the Program name if you are on a computer) to view the Classes within the Program.
Calendar View
The default view is the List view for Classes. Click on the calendar icon to see Classes in the calendar view. Here, you can add a Class by selecting the "Add Class" button. Click "Details" to view the Class details, to read the Class Description if there is one.
Timeline/Activities
Click on a Class to see the list of Enrollees in that Class. Here, you can view the Enrollee's Activity timeline by selecting the Activity timeline icon (to the far right of the Enrollee).
Click on the Enrollee's name to open up the Enrollee's timeline that shows the following:

Enrollee's information, as well as the programs/classes they are enrolled in and program form fields
Account information
Enrollee Information
Click on an Enrollee to view or edit their information. Here, you can view or edit the Enrollee's information, including the following:
Enrollments (current and archived)
Enrolled on date
Program form questions (if applicable; will show right after the Program the questions are attached to)
Enrollee Photo
Enrollee information from the Enroll Form
Internal notes/Internal fields from the Enroll Form
Account Information
Click "Account" for information on the Primary and Secondary Account Holders, including any emergency contact information and/or release contacts.
On Activities Page
On the Activities page, you can view Classes, as well as view and edit Enrollee information and Account information.
View Classes
Click on the Activities page on the menu. Here is where you can see the Class(es) you have access to at the top:
Below that will be a list of all Enrollees currently enrolled in that Class:
View & Edit Enrollees
To see the Enrollee and Account info collected during enrollment, click on the info button:
A window will open on the right side. Click on the Enrollee tab in the middle to see the Enrollee's Program(s) and Class(es). If there are any Program Form fields, they will be viewable here under the specific Program.
Scroll down to see the Enrollee's information (or "Student" in this example), including Medical Info, Allergies, etc. (if this kind of information was on the Enroll Form).
View & Edit Accounts
Click the Account tab to see the Primary Account Holder's contact information:
You can also see the Secondary Account Holder's information, as well as any Emergency Contacts, Release Contacts, etc. (if this information was answered on the Enroll Form).
