The Activity Timeline is a chronological feed of actions, updates, and posts tied to an enrollee, instructor, or class in Enrollsy. It's where you'll see check-ins, photos, notes, form submissions, and any custom Activity posts.
Enrollsy offers three timelines — Enrollee, Instructor, and Class — each viewable from one or more portals (Admin, Instructor, and Customer). This article shows you what each timeline contains and exactly where to find it.

Which Timeline Should I Look At?
Use the Enrollee Timeline to see everything that's happened for a specific child or participant.
Use the Instructor Timeline to review an instructor's posts, check-ins, and shift activity.
Use the Class Timeline to see all activity tied to a class as a whole — useful for daily recaps and group posts.
Enrollee Timeline
The Enrollee timeline provides a detailed view of each enrollee's activity and information. The timeline feature allows Admin users and Instructors to track Enrollee progress and review historical activity in a centralized location.
The Enrollee Activity Timeline displays the following:
The Activity Timeline (showing actions and updates related to the Enrollee)
The Enrollee's information, including the Programs/Classes they are enrolled in and any program form fields
Account information collected during enrollment
Here are all the places you can find this timeline.
Admin Portal
Within the Admin portal (app.enrollsy.com), you can access the Enrollee timeline in these places:
Enrollees > Activity Page
Ratios Page (if unlocked)
We'll go into each of the above locations and show you how to access the timeline.
Activity Page
To open the Enrollee Timeline from the Activity page:
In the Admin portal, click Enrollees in the left menu.
Click the Activities tab.
Adjust the Location (if applicable) and/or Enrollment Period.
Filter on the Enrollee or Account name or other Program options, if you need to narrow down the list.
Click an Enrollee's name to open their Activity Timeline.
Classes Page
To open the Enrollee Timeline from the Classes page:
Click Classes in the left menu.
Select a Program to open it.
Click a Class to see the list of enrollees.
Click the enrollee's name — or the three-line timeline icon next to it — to open their Activity Timeline.
Ratios Page
To open the Enrollee Timeline from the Ratios page:
Click Dashboard in the left menu.
Click the Ratios tab. (This page lists all Programs, Instructors, and Enrollees.)
Click an enrollee's name to open their Activity Timeline on the right side of the screen.
Note: The Ratios page is an unlockable feature. If you don't see it and would like it enabled, chat in and let us know.
Instructor Portal
Within the Instructor portal (app.enrollsy.com/instructor), you can access the Enrollee timeline in these places:

Activities Page
To open the Enrollee Timeline from the Activities page:
Click Activities in the main menu.
Find the enrollee in the list.
Click the Info icon next to their name to open the Activity Timeline.
Classes Page
To open the Enrollee Timeline from the Classes page:
Click Classes in the main menu.
Select a Program to open it.
Click a Class to see the list of enrollees.
Click the enrollee's name — or the three-line timeline icon next to it — to open their Activity Timeline.
Check In/Out Page
To open the Enrollee Timeline from the Check In/Out page:
Click In/Out in the main menu.
Find the enrollee in the list.
Click the Info icon next to their name to open the Activity Timeline.
Customer Portal
The Customer portal sign-in link can be found on the My Company page of the Admin portal. From the Customer portal, account holders can view the Enrollee Timeline only on the Activities page.
To open the Enrollee Timeline from the Customer portal:
Sign in to the Customer portal.
Click Activities in the menu.
Click an enrollee's name to see a list of their Activities.
Instructor Timeline
The Instructor Timeline has more limited visibility than the Enrollee Timeline — it can only be accessed by Admin users and Instructors themselves. It is not exposed to customers or other portal users, which keeps Instructor activity records appropriately private.
The Instructor Timeline displays:
Activities posted by or about the instructor
Check-ins and check-outs tied to the instructor's shifts
Any custom Activities configured to log against the Instructor entity
Here are all the places you can find this timeline.
Admin Portal
To view an Instructor's Timeline from the Admin portal:
Go to My Company > Users > Instructors.
Click the instructor's name to open a timeline of their activity.
Instructor Portal
Instructors can view their own timeline from within the Instructor portal. This gives them a self-service way to review their own activity history without needing Admin involvement, while still preventing them from viewing other instructors' timelines.
To view your own Instructor Timeline:
Sign in to the Instructor portal.
Click My Timeline in the main menu.
Your activity history will load chronologically.
Class Timeline
The Class Timeline is one of three Activity entity timelines in Enrollsy (alongside the Enrollee and Instructor timelines), and it has the most restricted visibility. Unlike the Enrollee Timeline — which is visible to Admins, Instructors, and Customers — the Class Timeline can only be viewed by Admin users and Instructors.
When creating a custom Activity, you can choose the Class entity as the timeline destination during Step 1 (Choose the Correct Entity). Activities posted to the Class entity will appear on the Class Timeline in the locations described below, with posting and viewing permissions controlled through the Activity Settings.
Here are all the places you can find this timeline.
Admin Portal
To open the Class Timeline from the Admin portal:
Go to Dashboard > Ratios.
Locate the class you want to view.
Click the Timeline button under that class to open the Class Timeline.
NOTE: The Ratios page must be unlocked for your account. If you need this page enabled, chat in and let us know.
Instructor Portal
Instructors view the Class Timeline through a dedicated Class Timeline page within the Instructor portal. Because the Class Timeline is tied to the class as a whole rather than to an individual enrollee or instructor, it serves as a shared record of Activities relevant to the class group — while keeping that information out of view for customers and account holders.
To view the Class Timeline as an Instructor:
Sign in to the Instructor portal.
Click Class Timeline in the main menu.
Select the class whose timeline you want to view.
