You can see which documents are completed or not completed in two places:
Notification Center — Get alerts when Enrollees complete or don't complete documents. This is the fastest way to keep track.
Documents page — Search and filter every document across your active or inactive enrollments
View Documents in the Notification Center
Each Admin has their own Notification Center. Other Admins can't see your notifications. Learn how to set up your Notification Center and how to be notified of completed documents.
To open your document notifications, click the bell icon in the upper-right corner.
Click Documents to see your document notifications.
From each notification, you can:
Click View to open the document on the Documents page
Click Dismiss to remove the notification from your Notification Center
Click Send Reminder to remind the signer to complete an E-signature Document
View Documents on the Documents Page
Step 1 — Open the Documents Page
Go to Enrollees > Documents. This page may be called Students, Children, or something else in your account. You'll see a list of active enrollments.
Step 2 — Search by Name or Program
In the Type to Filter box, you can search by:
Enrollee name — First or last name
Account Holder — First name, last name, or email address of the Primary or Secondary Account Holder
Program Option — All or part of a Program Option name. For example, type Group or Group Art to find Group Art Lessons.
Step 3 — Filter by Document and Status
Use Document Finder to find Enrollees who have a specific document with a specific status. Each Admin can save their own filters. Other users can't see them.
Click Document Finder
Choose at least one option in each column:
Entity — The level the document is on: Account, Enrollee, or Enrollment. This is set when the document is created. Learn more about document levels.
Document Title — The document you want to find
Status — The signature status (Completed or Not Completed) and the expiry status (Expired or Not Expired)
Click Filter to apply it as an unsaved filter, or click Save Filter and name it to use it again later
IMPORTANT: You must choose at least one signature status and one expiry status. A document must match both to show up. For example, documents that aren't completed don't have an expiration date, so choose Not Completed and Not Expired to find them.
Use these status combinations for common searches:
All completed documents — Completed, Expired, and Not Expired
Completed documents that have expired — Completed and Expired
Completed documents that are still valid, including those expiring in 7, 30, or 90 days — Completed and Not Expired
Documents that aren't completed — Not Completed and Not Expired
NOTE: You can't filter for Enrollees who don't have a document at all. To find them, click each Enrollee in the list.
Step 4 — Open an Enrollee's Documents
The list on the left shows the Enrollees that match your search or filter. Click an Enrollee's name to see the documents attached to that Enrollee or their Account.
NOTE: The right side of the page stays blank until you click an Enrollee's name.
View Documents for Inactive Enrollments
On the Documents page, turn on the toggle in the upper-right corner to show Enrollees with inactive enrollments. Then search, filter, and open documents the same way.
How Deleting or Archiving Affects Documents
Deleting an enrollment — Also deletes any E-signature Document attached to that enrollment. To keep the document, deactivate the enrollment instead.
Archiving a Program or enrollment period — Hides enrollment-level documents from the Documents page. To see them again, unarchive the Program or enrollment period, or move the document to the Enrollee or Account level.
