Written by Serena Edwards

Download a Blank Document

You can download a blank copy of any Required Document or E-signature Document you use.

  • Go to My Company, click the Forms tab, then select Documents

  • Find the Document in the list of your Required and E-signature Documents

  • Click the down arrow to the left of the Document name to download it as a PDF

Download a Completed Document

You can download a completed Account, Enrollee, or Enrollment Document from the Documents tab or from your Notification Center.

NOTE: You can only download Documents that have been completed or uploaded. If you don't see a download option, the Document hasn't been completed or uploaded yet.

From the Documents Tab

Step 1 — Open the Documents Tab

Click Enrollees in the left menu (or your custom label for Enrollees), then select the Documents tab at the top.

Step 2 — Find the Document

Use either of these options to find the Document:

  • Type an Enrollee or Account Holder name in the Type to filter box

  • Click Document Finder and select the boxes next to the options you want

Step 3 — Download the Document

Click the down arrow to the left of the Document name to download it as a PDF.

From the Notification Center

Your Notification Center tells you when Enrollees complete the Documents you send. It belongs only to you, so other Admin users don't see your notifications. If you haven't set it up yet, see How to Set Up the Admin Notification Center.

Step 1 — Open the Notification Center

Click the bell icon in the upper-right corner.

Step 2 — Download the Document

How you download depends on the type of Document.

Prepare a PDF for Enrollsy

If you're making a new PDF from an existing form, follow these steps so it works well for your customers.

NOTE: For the best customer experience, every PDF should have a white background. If your PDF doesn't, turn it back into a Word document with a free converter like the Convert from PDF tool on iLovePDF. Then follow the steps below.

Step 1 — Edit Your Word Document

Take out anything Enrollsy already handles or that belongs somewhere else:

  • Dates and years — replace them with a blank line or a space

  • Tuition amounts and rates — Enrollsy includes these in the enrollment process, so you may not need them (you can also put them in your Terms & Conditions)

  • Financial contracts — move these to your Terms & Conditions

  • Health forms that need a physician's signature — keep these separate from the Document

Step 2 — Save Your Word Document as a PDF

Use either of these options:

  • Print to PDF — on Windows or Mac, open the document, select File > Print, then choose Save as PDF (or Microsoft Print to PDF) instead of a printer

  • Free converter — search online for a Word to PDF converter such as iLovePDF, drag your Word file in, click Convert to PDF, and download the PDF

Step 3 — Make Final Edits to the PDF

If you still need to remove a page or fix something, you don't have to start over. Free tools like iLovePDF let you:

  • Edit PDF — add text, images, and shapes, and change their size, font, and color

  • Organize PDF — add, delete, or reorder pages

  • Merge PDF — combine several PDFs in the order you choose

  • Split PDF — separate one page or a set of pages

  • Compress PDF — make the file smaller

  • Convert to PDF — turn JPG, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or HTML files into a PDF

  • Convert from PDF — turn a PDF into a JPG, Word, PowerPoint, or Excel file

  • Repair PDF — fix a damaged PDF and recover its data
