Can Account Holders have two different emails on the same account?
No. The same Account Holder can only have ONE email address on the Enrollsy Account. The Primary Account Holder can have the same email address as the Primary and as the Secondary Account Holder on the same account.
However, if the Primary or Secondary Account Holder has another Account with the same email address, they will NOT be able to log in. Neither will the Secondary Account Holder be able to log in until the Primary Account Holder changes or removes the email address on one of the accounts.
There can be a second email address associated with the Secondary Account Holder. We have a Shared Access feature that allows a Primary Account Holder to add additional people who can independently sign in using their email addresses.
Can Account Holders log in on two different devices?
The Primary Account Holder can sign in to the Enrollsy App (available in the Apple App Store or Google Play) on their cell phone. They can also sign in via the Account Sign-In link available through your company (found on the My Company page) on a web browser.
Many Enrollsy clients place a Customer, Parent, or Account sign-in button on their website using the sign-in link URL. The Account Holder can be signed in to their Enrollsy account at the same time on both devices.
Does the Primary Account Holder log in with the same email they enrolled with?
Yes. Once a person enrolls with a particular email address, they have effectively created an Account in Enrollsy. This is the same email address they will use when they log in to their Account.
However, if they no longer have access to that email address, or need to change it, an Admin user can change the email address in that Account by going to the Account page, typing in a new email address, and clicking Save.
