You have two ways to access your Account:
Enrollsy App/Customer Portal
Account Sign-In Link (Contact the company you enrolled with for the custom enroll link
❗ NOTE About Creating an Account
You must either already have an Enrollsy account or be enrolled in a Program to sign in.
At this time, only admin users can create accounts for account holders.
The only way for account holders to create an account is to enroll in a Program/Class.
Enrollsy App/Customer Portal
Download the Enrollsy app from one of the following:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play
Once the app is downloaded, log in with the SAME email address you used to enroll. If you don't know which email you used, please contact the company you enrolled in.
Account Sign-In Link
You can also log in using a browser - we recommend Chrome or Safari. Please contact the company you enrolled in for the account sign-in link. If the link is available on the company website, go there. DO NOT go to Enrollsy's website to sign in.
NOTE: The Account Holder can simultaneously sign in to their Enrollsy account on more than one device.
Troubleshooting Logging In
How did you access the Sign-In page?
If you go to the Enrollsy website to try and reset your password, you are in the wrong place.
If your provider (the company you enrolled in) has a link on their website where Customers can access their account, go there.
You can ask for the Account Sign-In or Password Reset link from your Provider.
Click the Setup/Reset Password button at the bottom of the Account Sign-In page. This is what the Account Sign In should look like:
Verify Email Address
Did you receive the password reset email and click the "Request Password" button, but still have issues?
Verify your login email address to ensure it is the same email address in your account. You can do this by contacting the company you are enrolled with.
Doesn't Recognize Email Address
Does the system say it doesn't recognize your email address? In that case, it's possible that your email address is being used for both a primary and secondary account holder in two different accounts.
To resolve this, contact your provider and have them check if the email address appears twice in the system. If it does, they will need to either delete that email address or change it in one of the accounts for you to be able to log in.
Reset Password Email
You have to go to the Enrollsy app or to the account sign-in link and click the "Setup / Reset Password" button in order to receive a password reset email.
What if I didn’t receive the password reset email?
If you clicked the "Request Password" button but still had issues, did you receive the password reset email? If not, your Provider (Company Admin) can send a password reset link.
Then you can go through the process one more time and recheck your email. You will often receive a password reset email, but not click on it soon enough (password reset emails expire in 2 hours for security reasons).
Please look in your inbox/junk/spam folders if you don't see the email.
If neither of the steps above works, please whitelist enrollsy.com by following these instructions.
Remember: When a reset password email is generated, only the most recent email's link will work to reset the password. Generating many reset password emails in a row is not advised because doing so will invalidate previously generated emails.
NOTE About Reset Password Emails

Common Email Issues Affecting Log In
The Primary Account Holder will need to use the SAME email address used to enroll. If you don't remember the email address you used to enroll, please contact your school Admin.
An Account Holder can only have one email address per Enrollsy Account. If your email is linked to multiple accounts, the system will automatically log you into one of them when using a web browser. In the Enrollsy app, you’ll see two logins with the company name—one for each account.
For example, if you’re the Primary Account Holder on one account and a Secondary on another using the same email, the system can’t distinguish between them. To resolve this, contact the company you enrolled with and ask an admin to update or remove one of the email addresses.
We have a feature called Shared Access that allows a Primary Account Holder to add additional people who can independently sign in using their email address. Learn more about that feature here.
