Enrollsy lets you control whether Customers create a password during their first enrollment. Choose the option that best fits your program — require it, make it optional, or hide it entirely — and Customers can always set or update their password later from their account.
⚠️ Before you begin: If a Customer doesn't create a password during enrollment, they'll need to set one up later before they can log in to their account.
To Open Password Settings
Go to My Company
Open Enroll Form settings.
Scroll to the bottom and locate Account Password Settings.
Below are the options available:

Force Password Creation | Requires Customers to set a password during enrollment | Programs needing immediate account access |
Optional Password Creation | Lets Customers choose whether to create a password now | Flexible enrollment flows |
Hide Password Fields | Removes the password fields entirely; password is set later | Quick enrollments where login isn't immediate |
5. Once you've chosen an option, click Save Settings. Your changes apply immediately to all new enrollments.
