How to Edit Customer Account Password Settings

Choose how Customers create their account password during enrollment

Enrollsy lets you control whether Customers create a password during their first enrollment. Choose the option that best fits your program — require it, make it optional, or hide it entirely — and Customers can always set or update their password later from their account.

⚠️ Before you begin: If a Customer doesn't create a password during enrollment, they'll need to set one up later before they can log in to their account.

To Open Password Settings

  1. Go to My Company

  2. Open Enroll Form settings.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and locate Account Password Settings.

  4. Below are the options available:

5. Once you've chosen an option, click Save Settings. Your changes apply immediately to all new enrollments.
