How to Give a Secondary Account Holder Login Access

Let a trusted secondary account holder sign in to Enrollsy with their own email address and password

Written by Serena Edwards

A Primary Account Holder can give a Secondary Account Holder login access to their account. With access, the Secondary Account Holder can set up a password and sign in to Enrollsy in a browser or the app with their own email address.

IMPORTANT: Only give login access to a trusted Secondary Account Holder. Once they have access, they can do everything in the account the Primary Account Holder can, including using saved payment methods and making changes.

Requirements for Login Access

A Secondary Account Holder can get login access only if:

  • Their email address is different from the Primary Account Holder's email address

  • Their email address isn't the Primary Account Holder email address on any other account

Who Can Give or Remove Access

  • Primary Account Holders can give or remove access during enrollment on the Enroll Form, or at any time after enrollment in the Customer Portal

  • Admins can give or remove access only during enrollment on the Enroll Form, and only with express permission from the Primary Account Holder

After enrollment, only the Primary Account Holder can change login access.

  • On the Enroll Form, enter the Secondary Account Holder's email address
