What is the Browse Feature?
The Browse Feature gives prospective customers a public-facing page where they can preview your Programs, Classes, pricing, locations, and availability before enrolling. You can share it as a direct link or embed it on your website.
Availability
The Browse Feature is an unlockable feature included at no extra cost. It is typically enabled by default — if you don't see it in your account, contact Enrollsy Support to have it turned on.
Editing the Browse feature
The Browse Page is built from four editable areas. Use the sections below to update what your customers see:
Program Options — images and descriptions shown for each Program Option.
Location & Map — address and Google map for each Location.
Program Information — start/end dates, days, and Holiday Calendars.
Class Information — class details, instructors, waitlists, and pricing.
Changes save individually within each area. Be sure to click Save after each edit.
Program Options - Images & Descriptions
Your first Program Option in an Enrollment Period can include an image and/or a description for each option. For example, if your first Program Option is "Program Name," each Program Name can have its own image and description shown on the Browse Page.
Step 1 - Manage Program Options
Go to the Programs page.
Click Manage Program Options at the top of the page.
To rename an Option, click the pencil icon beside the Option name.
To edit a specific value within an Option, click the pencil icon beside that value.
Step 2 - Add or Replace an Image
Click an Option to open the edit window. From here, you can upload a new image or delete the existing one and upload a replacement.
NOTE: Images always display as a square. Crop or resize your image before uploading to make sure it fits.
To preview, click Enroll in the left menu, then open the Browse tab and filter by the Program Name.
Step 3 - Edit or Add a Program Description
Below the label, you'll find a rich-text description field. You can adjust font size and color, and add images, tables, lists, dates, or links. Click Save when finished.
Edit Other Program Options
Enrollsy has two pre-set Program Options: Location and Enrollment Period. After these two options, the rest of the Program Options are customizable. For Program Options beyond the default ones, see Program Options, Enrollment Models, and Classes.
Edit - To edit these options, head to the Programs page, and click Manage Program Options at the top.
To edit the Program Option label, click the pencil icon beside the Option name.
To edit any of the options below, click the pencil icon beside the option you want to edit. (See Manage Program Options above for screenshots).
Delete - Click on the outlined pencil icon, then Delete at the bottom to delete the Program Option or the individual names underneath the Program Option.
Move - The Program Options are listed in the order they will be presented to your customers (from left to right). Reorder them by using the six dots in the upper-left corner and dragging them into the correct order.
Location & Map
The Location and map display when a Location has an address and there is no image on the first Program Option. The block shows the Location details alongside a Google map.
Edit the Location/Map
If you need to edit this information or delete this section, do the following:
Click the Location name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
In the popup, click the cog icon, then the pencil icon beside the Location you want to edit.
Edit the address. Click Next through each screen until you reach Save.
Hide the Location/Map
To hide the map and address across every Program and Class on the Browse Page, toggle the Hide map switch at the top of the page.
NOTE: The map and Location are also automatically hidden if the Location is missing an address, city, or zip code. Deleting all Location information also removes it from Invoice Summaries (other reports use the company address).

When the data is entered, the Browse Page also shows:
Program Start Date
Program End Date
Days the Program Runs
Holidays/Holiday Calendar
Edit Program Dates
Open the Programs tab.
Click the pencil icon on the right of the Program to edit it.
Scroll to the Enrollment Model heading.
Click the pencil icon to edit start/end dates and the days the Program runs.

Edit the Holiday Calendar
Click the calendar icon under Enrollment Model.
Click the cog icon, then the pencil icon beside the calendar you want to edit.
Use the top calendar icon to add dates, or the trash icon to remove them.
To switch Holiday Calendars, deselect the current one and select another.
Class Information
This section displays all Classes within a Program. Available fields include:
Class Name
Instructor Name (if applicable)
Instructor Bio (if applicable)
Image and Description (if added)
Class Start Date (if applicable)
Class End Date (if applicable)
Class Credit (if applicable)
Capacity of Class (spaces left or full status)
Edit a Class
Go to the Classes page.
Select the Program, then the Class.
Click the pencil icon to open the edit window and make changes.
Add or Remove a Waitlist
On the Classes page, within the Program you want a Waitlist for:
To add a Waitlist, click Add Waitlist.
To remove a Waitlist, click the pencil icon, then Delete.

Show Private Programs on the Browse Page
You can display Private Programs and Classes on the Browse Page to showcase specific offerings — useful for highlighting what you offer, pricing, and availability without exposing public enrollment.
IMPORTANT
Private Programs will not display the Enroll Now button or show Class capacities on the Browse Page.
This setting cannot be applied in bulk — each Private Program must be enabled individually.
To show a Private Program on the Browse Page:
Go to the Programs page.
Click the pencil icon to edit the Program.
Select Advanced in the left menu.
Confirm Make private is toggled on.
Check the box beside Show on Browse Page.
Click Save.
Hide Cost
To hide pricing across the entire Browse Page, toggle the Hide Cost switch at the top of the page. Use this when you'd prefer prospective customers contact you for pricing rather than see totals upfront.
NOTE: This setting applies to every Program and Class on the Browse Page.
