The Browse page lets your Customers explore every public program you offer in one place—filtering by location, schedule, or age group before they enroll. This guide walks you through publishing the Browse page, sharing a pre-filtered link, and embedding the page directly on your website.
Before You Begin
The Browse page must be published before Customers can view it, share it, or see it embedded on your site. You can publish it from either of two places below—the Enroll page or the My Company page. You only need to do this in one location.
Use whichever method below is most convenient:
Enroll Page
To publish from the Enroll page:
In the left menu, click Enroll.
Select the Browse tab at the top of the page.
In the pink banner, click the eye icon. When the icon turns blue with an open eye, the page is published.
The My Company Page
To publish from the My Company page:
Go to the My Company page (person icon in upper-right corner then My Company.
Under Links, click the button beside the link to publish or unpublish. The open eye means it is published.
Be sure to click Save.
Create a Pre-filtered Browse Link
Send Customers straight to a filtered view of your Browse page—great for social posts, emails, texts, or a button on your website. When the recipient clicks the link, they'll land on the pre-filtered Browse page with the filters you chose already applied. Follow the steps below to create one.
Note About Private Programs
If you turn on Show on Browse page in a Private Program's Advanced settings, that Program and its Classes will appear on the Browse page. However, they won't show an Enroll Now button or available capacity, since Private Programs require a different enrollment path.
Step 1 - Select Filters
From the Browse page, select the filters you want to include. You can select as few or as many as needed.
NOTE: You can only filter on the Browse page on Program options. Class filters are not yet available on the Browse page.
Step 2 - Copy & Paste URL Link
Click the link icon in the top right of the filter component or the top right of the banner. The pre-filtered URL is copied to your clipboard.
Paste the URL into a button on your site, a text, an email, or a social media post. Anyone who clicks the link will land on your Browse page with the filters you selected already applied.
Step 3 - Share Link
A share link is also made visible, so your Customers can share your Programs and Classes with their friends:
Once the Browse page is published, you embed it on your website or share the links that are on the My Company page under Links.
How to Embed the Browse Page on a Website
Embed a button or text link on your website so visitors can see Programs, Class availability, and pricing before enrolling. The drawer opens in place, so visitors stay on your site the entire time.
To add the Browse feature to your website, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Access the Embed Code
You can open the embed code modal from either of two places:
Option A — From the Enroll page: Click the circle button in the top right corner, then choose Add to website.
Option B — From the My Company page: Open the Links panel, then click </> Embed Enrollsy on your site.
Step 2 - Choose a Button or Text Link
Decide how you want visitors to access the component. You can use a button or a plain text link:
Step 3 - Choose Design Settings
Set Browse as the page that opens when a visitor clicks the button or text link. You can also rename the button to better fit a browsing experience—for example, Find a Class, Browse Offerings, or See Availability. Use the controls in the Design Settings panel to style the button, or modify the CSS directly when you paste the snippet into your site.
You can design the button how you want with these options under Design Settings:
Text - change the text to your liking
Button/Text Color - change the color of the button or text
Rounded Corners (Button only) - change the shape of the button
Text Size - change the size of the text

Text Option:
Step 4 - Select the Pre-fill Program Selection Dropdown
Use the filters to pre-select Programs that match the content of the page where you'll place this button or link. For example, on a "Summer Camps" page, pre-fill your Summer Camp program so visitors see only those offerings when the drawer opens.
Step 5 - Copy Code
Click Copy code, then paste the snippet into an HTML element on your website. Most website builders (Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, etc.) support a custom HTML or embed block where this code can be added. Once placed, visitors will see your styled button or text link and can open the pre-filtered Browse drawer without leaving your site.
