The Program Browse allows your Customers to literally "browse" through all of your public Programs in any published Enrollment Period (not applicable to private programs). The Browse page will need to be published before your customers can view it.

How to Publish the Browse Page

There are two places to publish or unpublish the Browse feature.

Enroll Page

Select "Enroll" on the left menu then the "Browse" tab at the top. The top pink bar has the publish/unpublish button. Click it to the open eye to publish. It will turn blue.

The My Company Page

Go to the My Company page (person icon in upper-right corner then "My Company." Under Links, click the button beside the link to publish or unpublish. The open eye means it is published. BE SURE TO CLICK SAVE!

Create a Pre-filtered Browse Link

You can create and send your Browse page with specific filters selected, which allows you to post a link on social media, send it in a text message or email, or add it to a button on your website. When the recipient clicks the link, they will land on the pre-filtered Browse page.

NOTE ON PRIVATE PROGRAMS

If you have the setting "Show on Browse page" turned on in the Program Advanced settings, the Private Programs and their Classes will be displayed on the Browse page, but these offerings will not display an "Enroll Now" button or capacities.

Follow the steps below to create a pre-filled Browse link.

Step 1 - Select Filters

From the Browse page, select the filters you want to include. You can select as few or as many as needed.

NOTE: You can only filter on the Browse page on Program options. Class filters are not yet available on the Browse page.

Step 2 - Copy & Paste URL Link

Click the link icon in the top right of the filter component or in the top right of the banner.

Paste the copied URL behind a button on your site, in a text or email, or in your social media post. When someone clicks this link, they will see your Browse page with the filters you set as their default view.

Step 3 - Share Link

A share link is also made visible, so your Customers can share your Programs and Classes with their friends:

Once the Browse page is published, you embed it on your website or share the links that are on the My Company page under "Links."

How to Embed the Browse Page on a Website

If you want to add a button to your website that allows visitors to see Program or Class availability and other information before they enroll, this article will walk you through how to do that. NOTE: Your Browse page must be published before adding it to your website! To add the Browse feature to your website, follow these steps:

Step 1 - Access the Embed Code

You can access the embed code for adding Enrollsy to your website in a few places.

Step 2 - Choose a Button or Text Link

Decide how you want visitors to access the component. You can use a button or a plain text link:

Step 3 - Choose Design Settings

Choose Browse as the page you to open when the button or text link is clicked. You can also change the text of the button to something that better suits a browsing experience (Find a Class, Browse Offerings, See Availability, etc.). Feel free to style the button using the controls here, or modify the CSS directly when you add it to your website.

You can design the button how you want with these options under Design Settings:

  • Text - change the text to your liking

  • Button/Text Color - change the color of the button or text

  • Rounded Corners (Button only) - change the shape of the button

  • Text Size - change the size of the text

Step 4 - Select the Prefill Program Selection Dropdown

Use the filters to prefill program sections and match what you are presenting on the webpage the button or text link is being applied to.

Step 5 - Copy Code

Copy the code and add it to your website. Depending on what website builder you're using, you should be able to add an HTML element and paste in the copied code.

Adding a custom button prefilled with the Programs/Classes you want to showcase based on a page of your website is easy to do. Doing this makes it easier for your customers to see what you offer, pricing, availability, and more before they start enrolling.
