The following is the most useful information you need to get oriented to Enrollsy if you are a new Admin user.
Log in to Enrollsy
Either an existing Admin (i.e., director or owner of your company) OR an Enrollsy representative can add the new office staff as an Admin User. You can also edit an existing Admin User with the new Admin's information.
Remember that you have a limited number of users based on your selected plan package. You can always upgrade to more users for a monthly charge. If you are a non-profit, you are allowed 3 Admin users. If you are on the Pro Plan, you get 2 free Admin users, but can add up to three additional Admin users for $30/month per user.
After an Admin User profile is created, the new Admin can then log into Enrollsy at app.enrollsy.com. Learn how to sign in to Enrollsy in this support article.
Remove Admin Users
Sometimes you may have directors, managers, etc. that have moved on from your company and no longer need to be in Enrollsy as an Admin User. If you have any Admins that leave your company, please be sure to remove them from Enrollsy.
The following screenshot shows how to add and edit/delete Users.
Follow these steps to remove an Admin user.
Head over to the My Company page. Once there, click on the "Users" tab and then "Admins."
Once on the Admin page, click on the trashcan icon next to the name of the Admin User you wish to remove. A new window will pop up; click "Delete." Another message will pop up, ensuring you delete the correct user. Click "Delete Anyway" to continue.
Be sure to notify Enrollsy via the chat bubble within the Enrollsy admin platform if any of your Admin users leave so we can be sure to remove them from our mailing list.
Accidental Deletion
Did you mess up and accidentally delete the wrong one? No worries; there's an Undo button! Just click that button, and the User is back. NOTE: The undo button will show as long as you don't refresh the page or click to a different page and come back.

Support Center
Enrollsy has a Support Center that can be accessed in the Enrollsy portal anytime at the bottom of the left menu ("Support") within the Enrollsy app. You can search hundreds of support articles to find the answers you need here. These articles are categorized by topic for easy access. Most have screenshots and/or GIFS/videos.
Chat Support
If you can't find the answer you are looking for in the Support Center, we are always one button away: the Chat button in the lower-right corner of any Enrollsy screen.
Our usual reply time is within a few minutes to a few hours during office hours (Monday-Friday, 7 am to 3 pm MT/9 am to 5 pm ET), so feel free to use this anytime you have questions that can't be answered by support articles. For after-office hour chats, we will reply the next business day.

One-on-One Training
If you need more in-depth training (Program and/or Class setup) or need us to demonstrate our product via screen share, we offer two options for those who have completed their implementation and have been live for more than 60 days: :
The first option is a free annual (once-per-year) account review. This meeting is a time for us to check in with each other and see how things are going. It is 30 minutes long (schedule now) and can be used for anything you wish.
The second option is a 30-minute scheduled meeting. This support meeting is for more use-case-specific questions, training, or set-up questions that Enrollsy clients want hands-on help with. We conduct this meeting using Zoom so we can be as helpful as possible. Schedule here.
